I am responding to both reviews. Doug Darrow (First reviewer) is a liar. He never once used a car and never missed a flight because of us (His Emplooyer) He is a disgruntled ex employee. He was my ex-mechanic who stole parts from this company . He was arrested by the Atlanta Police after their investigation and his case is pending in Fulton County Superior Court (Public Record). Second Reviewer is upset because he put his brief case down in front of our car to go back inside and the driver who had no idea it was there, had his passenger as we had several vehicles there and when moving forward ran over it. We did talk several times. I did apologize for it but that was not good enough. He wanted a new computer. The company and not him who hired us for this celebrity gave us high praises and accolades for providing a great and professional experience and service. As far as trustworthy, well Hotels, Like the Ritz Carlton Hotels Both in Atlanta, The Four Seasons Hotel and many more all use us exclusively. This is our 25th year in business. I hope this clears those reviews up. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope that one day you will get to experience the true luxury and special services that we provide.

I have used this since I was in high school from 1998 until today. They are the best transportion in Atlanta. In June of 2015 I got a 6pax for dad day. When the car got to my house it was a town car not a 6pax. After talking to them we all fit in the town car and when to the office and pick up the limo. As I came home from take my ex wife and my kids home. The driver told me that my next trip would be on them. I used them the next week to go to the airport. Yes they might have mess up but the fix it asap. I will still use them for all my needs. Thank you for all the help over the years.

Cars don't show up for a wedding! I reserved 3 sedans and a limo 3 months before my daughter's wedding. I confirmed the reservation and stressed that this was for a WEDDING. When the wedding party was ready to go to the reception, there was only one car and a limo. Dispatch said the other 2 cars were caught in traffic and would be 30 minutes late. Management was to call me the following Monday to discuss and they never did. I called them on Tuesday and they said they would compensate us with a $100 discount. That hardly covered the embarrassment and stress that my wife and I endured during my daughter's big day.

They never charge my cc on the right days and when I call to get receipts from the accounting department Jerry is always very rude and not helpful at all. Its not good business.

Fantastic fleet, wonderful services & fair pricing...I would highly recommend Greene's for all of your transportation needs! We utilized a 30+ passenger bus & it was spotless...our driver Frank was terrific & the payment process/follow up was excellent. I look forward to booking again with Greene's for my future transportation needs!

I had the misfortune of sharing the road with one of this company's drivers. Needless to say I wouldn't, nor would I recommend anyone , use their service if the behavior I witnessed is deemed acceptable by management. The driver served lanes a dozen times, over a 5 min period, in a attempt to gain a few spaces ahead. Coming within inches of hitting my and quite a few others cars. Not only does this driver care so little for the safety, cars, and lives of those around, but obviously the paying passaengers he is recklessly speeding to their demise. I would suggest if you like being alive and not in car accidents that you avoid them at all cost. Even if just this one driver is a jerk, why even take the risk? 😊

wish i reviewed all these dour reviews before i made the mistake of getting one of their limos. Promised a specific driver. Did not get it. Prepaid. Flim flam execuses. LATER i needed a card on file. just a flat out bad experience. Even the follow up showed this is a mom and pop one-person-runs-everything no one else makes a decision. Now i understand why there is an Uber and Lyft. Why pay three times as much for service that is not reliable. Its the service and the attitude that counts. How can an Uber give more than one that is over priced under-serving .

Let me tell you a story about Greene Worldwide Transportation. My stepson hired them to pick up ten high school students for this year's prom. When I found out they weren't coming to pick up the children, I spoke to a lady in their office who said the deposit wasn't paid on-time and that the charge made to my stepson's card was just some kind of booking fee, so they canceled. Without notifying their customer. Leaving ten teenagers stranded without a ride to prom. And indicated to me that canceling without notice is standard procedure. We had to seriously scramble to salvage the evening for these kids.

I have been using Greene Worldwide Transportation for several years now as my preferred transportation company. The reservation staff is great to work with and the communication system of email reminders to include the chauffeurs cell number and actual photographs of the chauffeurs is fantastic. Their fleet of vehicles are always impeccably kept clean and the chauffeurs are neatly dressed and they are always stationed at least 10 to 15 minutes in advance of every pre- arranged trip with name signage. Thank you to all of the staff at Greene Worldwide Transportation and for all that you do on a daily basis.
