Great people! They get the job done!
Never use their services. They are LIARS! My parents booked them for our getaway car after our wedding this past Saturday, November 12, 2016 to drive us around Atlanta for 2hrs. The driver refused to take us around the city and dropped us off at our hotel which was 1mile up the street from our venue. -- The Peachtree Club to Hyatt Regency Atlanta -- When disputing this with the company the driver named Wayne lied and said that this was our request when in actuality we asked him in the vehicle where we were able to go to see the sites of atlanta. He told us no that he had another stop to make. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. THEY ARE TRASH AND DO NOT UPHOLD THEIR CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

I used you guys for several occasions while I lived in Atlanta a couple of years ago, so I was confident in recommending your company to provide the transportation services for a colleagues daughter' graduation event. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased everyone was with how your staff catered to every detail of the night to make it special and memorable for Robyn- it's something Big to celebrate when one earns their PhD. I will be in Atlanta in a couple of weeks for the celebration of my sisters birthday, and I've already reserved my transportation services with Quality Transportation of Atlanta- by far, the BEST in the business!! I've enjoyed working here at QTA. I had just applied for a part time position here walked out knowing I got the job, but I got a call back to know I have a second interview with the owner. I went for that interview and was offered a full time position. Not only that, some of the best chauffeurs work here. They have some of the best attitudes and great service skills out. I enjoy the atmosphere here.
Very disappointed in our service for my daughter's wedding. We had certain departure times (that were crucial) that were completely rearranged because the driver thought it necessary. Therefore we had to utilize different forms of transportation which totally defeated the purpose. Total waste of money!!! Then tried contacting Mike to let him know and he has chosen not to reply back. Very unprofessional!
Model of well run business. Great management down to the office employees. Very polite and welcoming.
Didn’t follow through on a huge school trip. Continuously lied about how long it would take as we waited for buses and drivers to be assigned and arrive. Do NOT book with this company.
The busses are junk went on a trip had 5 buses 3 broke down they said they had no more buses we had to call another bus company to get people home. I think there service sucks i wouldn't hir this company for anything. I hope everyone sees this revie and puts this sore excuse for a company out of bussiness. I will also tell you they are associated with carols transportation so beware of them to.
