Even though I ended up not buying a car from Gunther Mazda, it was through no fault of theirs. I was trying to put together a last minute deal with Kareen because of month ending Mazda cash back on certain 2018's. Kareen was quickly able to assess the situation, my buying needs, and came up with an outstanding offer, all the time being non-pressure and professional. Long story short, we passed (reluctantly) simply because the dealership was too far away. However, I really appreciated her effort and sorry couldn't get together.

I took my son to Gunther Mazda for his first new car purchase. Our salesman, Nick Ahmad, made for a smooth, satisfyingly experience. This is the second Mazda in my family purchased from Gunther. Well, they made it a point for us to feel like family! Nick was very knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the vehicle and took the time and effort to leave us as very satisfied customers! Before we drove the car off the lot, another member of the staff made sure to explain the technological features and functions of the vehicle again. Very thorough! Mazda truly strives for perfection in customer satisfaction and I look forward to doing business in the future with them as well as sending referrals.

I come to Gunther for all my service, and Teri Gatewood is amazing! She not only remembers me every time I come in, but she's honest about the service my car needs and always helps me find the best deals so I'm not paying an arm and a leg. I purchased my last two Mazda's from Gunther and I will continue to do so, and I will keep bringing my car to Teri for service. I highly recommend the team here. Even when I was in an accident their collision center took great care of me and fixed my car up as good as new. You really couldn't ask for more in a car dealership. Terri is absolutely amazing! She is so motherly and has an awesome memory. I’m a 27 year old woman and I absolutely HATE dealing with anything related to a car. It is intimidating to me. She is awesome And made me feel so comfortable!
