Hello. My name is Justin Hackl. I’ve been playing the guitar since 1992, and have been building and repairing guitars as a certified luthier since 2008. Although there are many repair shops in town, many of which do wonderful work, I am certain that once you bring me your guitar or bass, you will see a difference in quality, customer service, and a quick turnaround time.

Couldn’t ask for a better guitar repair experience. You get to talk directly with the person who fixes your guitar instead of handing it to someone at Guitar Center that doesn’t care, and in return you get someone who takes pride in his craft and works hard to fix your problem. Phenomenal job Justin does. Super easy to get a hold of. His workspace is awesome and you can tell he truly enjoys and cares about his work. I'll always bring my guitars here for set ups, repairs and whatever else they might need!
Justin is friendly, responsive, and does great work at a fair price. I originally took my acoustic guitar to him after the neck broke and he did a great job repairing it. Actually I got it back in better playing shape than before! I’ve taken it back since then for minor adjustments and have always been pleased with the results.

Justin worked on some guitars for me. Not many people want to mess with a Floyd Rose but he did so wonderfully. Highly recommended.
Justin is truly the best, most down to earth tech I've met in Denver. Fixed my Les Paul wiring with clean, no nonsense soldering. Don't mess around with the other shops! Go to Hackl
It seems like Justin hardly needs another 5 star review to add to all those he already has! - but I want to add my voice to the total anyway... He is friendly and very competent, quick, and charges a very fair price. The work I needed was not super complicated, but it was important to me. I felt he showed respect and enthusiasm for that, and did a great job.
