These people changed my LIFE! From the moment you walk in you can tell, this doesn't work like any other doctor's office. It reminds me more of how going to a doctor used to be years ago. People are friendly, and after a couple of visits they know who you are. I never once felt like a number. I had been to another doctor in town that I wasn't overly impressed with, and my family doctor recommend I give this place a shot. I was almost put off by the phone system, but I was so miserable with my vertigo I stuck it out. I am SO glad I did. The other doctor told me there was nothing to do, I had to live with it until my ear died and then he would cut my nerve. This group was very hopeful, they (the surgeon, audiologist AND physical therapist) designed a treatment plan and therapy with follow up. I feel much better, and know that I will be coming back for all of my follow up and hearing aids!

I was referred here years ago (when it was just Great Hills ENT) when my first child needed a newborn hearing assessment after failing the test in the hospital. As a new mom I was nervous and scared, but at the time Dr. Peterson took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable when she tested my child. Now we have been back to check for speech delay, and I am happy to say that even though they have grown the same personable care is there from all of the providers. Dr. Brown is by far the best ENT in this town and Dr. Peterson is hands down the best audiologist. I wish every mother could be as lucky as to have this practice care for their children.

I sent my husband here based on Google ratings to be assessed for hearing loss and hearing aids. I am so glad I did. It is a joy to have my best friend and spouse back in the conversation. Well worth the trip from Round Rock!

Dr. Peterson has been my audiologist for almost 4 years. If you are looking for a well-trained, professional and caring hearing specialist, this is the place to go. I like to know what is happening and why and she is very eager to share explanations in a way I can understand. I can even understand my grandchildren's high-pitched little voices--a real plus. You won't be disappointed with Dr. Peterson.

I recently had major surgery and was having postoperative complications with balance. My surgeon recommended The Hearing & Balance Center of Austin. I found the doctors to be extremely helpful, and sensitive to my place in the recovery process as we went through extensive testing. They were able to explain a complex condition in simple terms. And we are now discussing options and next steps. I felt like a valuable customer and I was grateful that my surgeon recommended them.
