Went to have my car's glove compartment fixed, get an inspection sticker and fix an emissions problem. Sean was the gentleman who helped my wife and me. He was incredibly professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, checked in on us and followed-up with us even as he fought off a virus. Great experience, will go back and highly recommend everyone else give them a try for you car needs!

Brian was phenomenal as our salesman. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and extremely nice. At no time did my husband and I ever feel pushed into purchasing something that we didn't want. He delivered exactly what we wanted!! We are super happy and highly recommend him to anyone out there looking for a new or used Honda. We were also very impressed by Gerson in Finance. He was very helpful as well and explained all of our options, which were outstanding. Run to this new Honda dealership in Dorchester and see Brian!! It's at a great location right off of 93.

Hello, My positive interactions were with General Manager of Honda, Joel Ginsburg, sales person MU and Brad Dixon in finance. All were on time, polite, professional and a truly a pleasure to work with. Joel, was a referral from a friend who also received exceptional service. The three year lease payment of my Honda Pilot Touring is $50 less than the five other dealers I contacted. I only had to visit the dealer twice and both visits were quick and easy. The paperwork was a breeze. The sales person MU was friendly, informed and very nice. The finance manager Brad Dixon was friendly, smart and we quickly made a positive relationship. The entire experience was my best vehicle purchase in my lifetime. I'm 45 and have purchased a dozen vehicles for family, friends and business. The service center went above and beyond for me when I had major car issues with my recently purchased car. They fought with my warranty company and made sure they treated me fairly and got me the best deal they could find! They were so nice to me through the whole process and kept me in the loop with what is going on! Would definitely recommend bringing your car to them!

Great experience! I was on a time crunch and Thomas was great and got everything set up for me lightening fast. Tyler and Forrest were also very helpful in finance dept to get all the bank items set up ASAP. Wonderful customer service and follow through. Boys are working hard with getting the new location up and running. I had been to them previously when in the Brighton area, this is my second car with these fellas. Thank you! Highly recommend.

The manager, Joel Ginsburg, is the nicest guy! Very easy to work with. He made the buying process easy too. Joel found the perfect car for us. Honda Accord hybrid. We literally just told him what we were looking for and a few days later there it was! Trevor, another great guy, was great at walking us through the vehicle’s features.
