Recently ordered a 911 from Chris Brustas and couldn’t have had a more positive experience. Chris was very helpful in reviewing all of the options available and discussing pros/cons of each. Chris kept me appraised of the build status and worked hard to get the car prepped quickly when it arrived. I’ll absolutely be a repeat customer.

I’d like to say that I’m a happy customer but I’m not unfortunately. I love my car but the air conditioning on my 2016 car intermittently does not work. I brought it in three weeks ago and they said they fixed it. And now three weeks later I have NO ac! It’s August and they are telling me that I have to wait 15 days to look at it. You’d think when you’d spend top dollar on a luxury car that you’d get luxury service. But not here at Herb Chambers Porsche in Burlington.

Couldn’t be happier with my experiences at Porsche Boston. Amir Aliabadi is an excellent salesman and would highly recommend working with him. I’ve purchased two new Porsche’s and referred friends as well who pursched as well. Everyone from Davit and Joe in service to Peter, John and Amir in sales is a great representation on the Porsche brand. I highly recommend Porsche Boston and the team there.

I thought I knew Porsche. Not after meeting Chris Bolarinho. He took the time to educate me on the model features for the cars I was interested in. He made sure that the car I was looking at was going to work for me. No pressure to buy at all. He was professional and courteous. Made sure that every i was dotted and t was crossed. We all know the car salesman that is portrayed and it is so different from what Chris and the folks at Herb Chambers are like. Best buying experience ever. I am very very unhappy after buying a car from them. 1. why could you keep chasing your customers for a gift, even before they went into a rest room? Wasn't that embarrassed? 2. why didn't you clean the car well as you promised? Bad customer services and imperfect products, so will never buy from them and from Porsche.

I've been going to Porsche Boston since buying my 2016 Cayenne for routine service and minor repairs. The service staff has been friendly, helpful and professional with the highest quality of service. Since I was so impressed with Porsche Boston, I bought my new 2019 Cayenne recently with the help of Christopher Bolarinho. Chris walked me through the entire process and made the experience rather enjoyable and the car I ended up with beat expectations! Thanks to the entire staff at Porsche Boston. I'll buy my next Cayenne there too.

I was looking for a CPO Cayenne and found one online at this dealership. I emailed for info and was immediately contacted, then set up an appointment to see it. My salesman was great - knowledgable, informative, and patient. He clearly explained the process and options, and once we had the deal he took care of everything. Was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this dealership!
