I thought my experience was good even though I had been waiting all week to get my medication refilled. The doctor seemed to have a lot of knowledge, until I went to get my medication. He didn't write the prescription right. how many times do I have to go to Wal Greens and not get my medicine. I did what I was suppose to do, today is Friday I have to work all weekend out of town with high B/P in healthcare. No I'm not happy.

Will NEVER take my children here again! I called the brookside location to make an appointment because my daughter was ill. We arrive at 9:40am (appointment was not until 10:30am) and the door was locked. The sign on the door said the opening hours on Friday were 8:00am. We go inside to find out they had scheduled her appointment AT ANOTHER CLINIC LOCATION! 😒 I asked her to cancel the appointment for the other clinic, which she did, but did not offer any help with scheduling my child for the actual clinic we were standing in. No help at all. After standing there for several minutes, and the receptionist NOT DOING ANYTHING, we left and are now headed to the emergency room. Will not return.

If you're sick and you don't have an ID don't go here because they will refused you medical treatment... Even even though I've been there before, it's because I haven't been seen in the last 2 years... you're better off going to the hospital

Well I broke a tooth on Thursday and it hurts like crazy, I called Hunter dental on Friday and they said they were booked till Tuesday but walk ins need to be there when they open up. Fine.. I'll endure the pain for 4 days. Tuesday morning I get there at 8;10. 20 minutes before they open " ACCORDING TO THIS WEB SITE! ". So the room is packed and the girl say I can wait but she dough's I'll get seen today. It's best to be there when they open. Well Crap! It's best to display the correct business hours so someone like me doesn't drive 65 miles out of my way for nothing! How considerate is that to cause someone to endure a broken tooth with exposed nerves for 4 days and then fake them out with by not telling them the business hours have changed " except on the web page!" So another 24 hours in pain,, Thank you very much..! ( Up date ) I made it in the next day and no one was there to see the dentist and after having the tooth pulled. I know why!. Everyone wanted to have the other dentist work on their teeth! He broke the tooth. left tooth fragments in my gum which is working it's way to the surface. The cost was $115, So I actually lost because I now have to see a surgeon to solve the broken tooth fragment that is causing pain everyday. .. So if you go there. don't get the guy dentist, Make sure you get the female one. She knows what she is doing!

Great staff, understanding. Would recommend taking a breather before seeing patients, one staff member seemed impatient or irritated when speaking to my mom who had know english language knowledge .Also, please have more people to answer the phone so I can schedule an appointment for my mom. Its irritating as hell to wait 15 min for someone to answer and have the line ring and ring.

DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR TEETH! 6 MONTHS TO COMPLETE 1 ROOT CANAL AND THEY MADE SUCH A HORRIBLE MESS I HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER DENTIST JUST TAKE IT OUT! Horrible substandard care
