OMG.... don't waste your time w/this place, the Maplewood location, in particular... Didn't like the way the "therapist?!" (Jacob Zimmerman) talked to me. He was rude, accusatory and unprofessional, even tried accusing me of numerous things in a condescending tone. He started asking me strange questions completely unrelated to why I was even there... questions like how I had gotten the job I had at the time, ect.) Just totally unprofessional and unrelated to what I was even there for! I was a rape and assault victim and with the way he talked to me, he should have been NOWHERE NEAR any patients (he also should NOT be employed as a therapist)... He was SUPPOSED to refer me to a psychiatrist after several visits where he made light of my situation, which he never even bothered to do, after wasting my time for several weeks. After I realized he/this place, was a scam and completely stopped going there, they sent me a huge bill in the mail. I filed a complaint with the BBB and opted not to pay the bill, as he never even referred me to a psychiatrist, like he was SUPPOSED to do. Long story short, he completely wasted my time for over a month....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!!

I have been going to the Minneapolis location for a year and it’s been great the therapist I had really did try to help in the best way he could. It was clear that he cared for my wellbeing. One thing to note is that each therapist here has a different style of therapy, find the one that’s right for you.
