Both times have waited over a hour and a half but when you do get seen it's very friendly
Super nice and helpful! They got me in immediately and one of the best services I've had in my life.
Do not have a signin sheet since its walkin sat for 20 mins waiting to check in and only for someone else to cut right in front of me when the nurse finally decide to a check list they were put down first havent even got to check in yet and its been an hour
Very BEST urgent care I've ever been to. Kind, concerned, allowed "Mama" to stay in procedure room and I didn't even have to ask. Dr. Shelton, get's an A+ from me!!! He is concerned, patient. I felt like we were the only people he was seeing or the day. Don't have any reservations about going here. It's clean, it's not a scary place for little ones. It's like a living room. All the staff was helpful, kind, and caring.
Was seen quick but was advised of a "one problem at a time" policy and I had two concerning issues I wanted to have checked out. I get it- but it was still a little frustrating
There was a line to check in, that was the only bad part about my visit (which is completely unavoidable). Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and I got seen right away. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me, and I was able to get the medication needed right there at the pharmacy.
Quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care. I was seen within minutes of my arrival. I was in a lot of pain and the entire staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make me comfortable. I was in and out in no time and was able to use their pharmacy (very friendly and fast too). By the time I got home I was in unbelievable pain cause my meds hadn't kicked in yet. I thought maybe I was misdiagnosed and I was actually dying (lol) so I called the doc. She takes the time to assure me the meds would start working soon and I'd be fine. We hung up and she called me back a few minutes later to give me a couple more pain relieving suggestions and to check on me. I've never had that level of care before. I highly HIGHLY recommend this place!
Me and my daughter been here a few time every time I been here the waits been over a hour then when seen in the room forever then never get meds is a virus every time end up having to go to a different urgent care to get sometime I had the flu and they said it was a virus this place is junk
I used to like going there. It's not that there's not someone who's not friendly or caring. But would be nice to have a doctor who truly cares about the patient. Last half of dozen visits, you'd like leave without getting the Care you went for. I paid$68.00 and did not even get blood pressure meds. Sad
I've had to take my son there several times and they always get him back within 10 min or less. Always professional. The staff is also very kind.
