I recently purchased 250 postcards from Imagers and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The cards are of very high quality, no ink smudges or rough edges. The turnaround was also excellent, as I placed my order around 10pm on the 6th and was able to pick them up at 4:30pm on the 7th. I'll definitely be working with Imagers again!

I've been working with Imagers for 10+ years. Early on, we relied on Imagers for a lot of our POS retail collateral. Lately I've been able to send them much smaller, more refined (some quicker-turn) projects. Last year, they really came through for me when a client was opening a pop-up store; our signage, posters and stationery were rushed, and still turned out really well. The folks at customer service are great at helping spec the best materials and processes for your project. I will continue to send Imagers work whenever the job calls for it.

I needed (3) tabletop easel posters quickly and used Imagers for the very first time as their pricing was good and it appeared they could get them to me quickly. It turns out that my order was placed with a new representative and there was a little bit of confusion with the proofing process. I didn't receive the final product when I expected it and was slightly irritated. I spoke to a supervisor who was EXTREMELY professional, understanding and committed to making me a happier customer. Not only did she ship the final product to me next day, early morning for FREE, she also didn't charge me for the printing. She went well above and beyond anything that I asked in order to make good on the issues that I had. I was extremely pleased with the final product as well. In my opinion, the way in which a business handles an uncomfortable situation or when things don't go exactly as planned is often more important than normal, day-to-day business. Because these folks did an INCREDIBLE job of handling my situation with poise and professionalism AND because of the fabulous printing quality, I would recommend them hands down!
