I am the marketing director for a state-of-the-art dental office. We take every step to make sure we are on the cutting edge of dentistry and have the best-of-the-best for our patients. I found Mudlick Mail a little over a year ago on Google. We were using another mailing company that was referred to us but they were very dated. Not to mention they were very difficult to work with and we had NO control over what went on the mailer. I love how easy it is to work with Reed and Mudlick Mail. I love how they allow me to designing the entire front and back of the mailers every month. If I am not feeling "creative" that month, they will design it for me. I love options! I can't forget to mention, the reminders. This is so important for me. Our office is very busy and every month Reed reaches out by email and sometimes phone to help keep me on our monthly time line. I highly recommend Mudlick to anyone looking for monthly advertising mail.

I was convinced by my best friend to give Direct Mail a try because I was trying to expand my landscape business even though we had always been "Word of Mouth" and I kind of liked it that way. When I started dealing with Jeff Snyder at Mudlick Mail he seemed very confident in the process......and in himself. He told me "there is no I in team, but there is in 'I'm way better than all the other account managers'"......and he didn't let me down. We have made money EVERY TIME we have mailed with this wonderful company (plus they send us cookies and other treats when we mail) and only an ID10T would stop doing something that obviously works and gets you cookies. I have been working with Mudlick for the past 6 months. They got me off the ground and running with my first EDDM for my small business. I had previously tried on my own before and it epically failed. My experience working with my personal consultant and the designers has been awesome. They listen to what I want, give me their professional opinions and we've worked together to create mailers that have brought my business big results. Each month we analyze how the campaign did and make any tweaks that may be needed. Marketing is time consuming and expensive, so you want to know you are working with people that respect your needs, wants and have the desire to see you be successful. Mudlick has been that for me! It has been such a great experience working with Tyler at Mudlick Mail. I don't even know where to start.... oh wait yes I do, with Mr.Les Porter. He is amazing!! Amazing actually does not even do him justice. I have been working with people for over 15 years and he is hands down the most personable, helpful and just overall greatest I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I will definitely be using this company in the future again if needed and it is all thanks to him. The product is great, but he is what sold me!
