I have rented from Imperial many times and am very pleased with their products. They are competitively priced and have the the most beautiful dance floors available in the party rental market. They also offer reasonably priced lounge furniture for parties.
I had an excellent experience with Imperial Rentals. Audrey took the time to contact me when I was running late for my pick-up, which ended up being a lifesaver. Their prices are good, the employees are easy to work with and they went over the top to provide good service. Any rentals I do in the future will be from Imperial. Thanks again guys!
These people are pros! They have an actual location where you can go and view their furniture and products in person. They give you upfront pricing (no hidden costs or fees) and they are extremely easy to work with. This will be my second event that I've used them for. I'm extremely happy with their professionalism, their furniture looks great, and is comfortable to sit on. My guests were impressed with the outdoor lounge furniture and overall look I was able to pull together using their products for my last party. Perfect for special occasions if you want a classy look for indoors or outdoors.
I recently rented some white folding chairs from this business and had a terrible experience. Not only were the chairs scratched but some of the seat cushions had holes in them. I called to complain that I was dissatisfied with the chairs the next business day and the sales woman Amy was very rude and inconsiderate. She had a condescending tone and did not once apologize for the inconvenience of the poor rental. I was upset about the chairs but the worst part was the lack of professionalism and customer service. I will never rent from this place again and I encourage all who do to inspect the rentals before purchasing!!

I've used Imperial Party Rentals years ago and had a very pleasant experience. They were professional, friendly, on time and fast. I've recently placed another order and their customer service was top notch. Audrey returned my calls immediately, and offered party prep advice when I need it. Would highly recommend.
I found it very convenient that Imperial Party Rentals posts both pictures of their rental items along with the prices online. They made it super easy for me to budget my party and plan everything accordingly. Plus, I received the exact quote from them within few hours making my party selections. Overall, my experience dealing with Imperial Party Rentals was a pleasure to do business with, highly recommended A+++. They really made my party planning easy and simple. :)
Don't rent from here. They pad their quotes with random fees and the linens are marked up almost 100% of the actual cost....that's before you even add on a table. Pricing online suggests reasonable prices, but there is a $100 timed delivery fee and a $120 delivery fee. Consider this because my rental distance was 7 miles at most. Book somewhere they won't try to trip you up with back door charges.
We asked for a quote through Imperial for Rose-Gold floor options and were quoted back a price at about 2K. We took that price to our client and received approval. We then contacted Imperial and issued approval for this estimate, asking for a credit card authorization form. Their formal estimate quoted the 2K, their emails quoted the 2K, their language was very precise. Their estimate and their emails all specifically denoted "Rose-Gold Flooring". They sent over the CCA form 3 days later(weekend), I filled it out and submitted it immediately. They took our deposit for the job and then about 20 minutes later they called me to say they didn't know we had needed Rose-Gold and that the price was actually over 4K. A few phone calls commenced and in the end they discounted it to around $3,650, still significantly more than our client had agreed to pay. Proper business etiquette: if you create an estimate, it's approved and payment is submitted, you can't just call and change the amount after taking a deposit. You eat the cost because you made the mistake, instead of raising the price and shoving us(your customer) under the bus. We pivoted and found another company (who supplied at the original 2K price), but not owning up to your mistake in this way really displays a lack of integrity and we will not be trusting them with our business or our reputation in the future.
Imperial Party Rentals exceeded my expectations. Not only was the price reasonable, but when I had an issue with a battery going out they replaced it no problem and before my event started. They had great customer service and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be using them for future event needs.
