Dr.James Ridgway is a great surgeon. He did some surgery on me with outstanding results. He takes his time to discuss options and balances realistic expectations. I never felt rushed like with other doctors. I trust him. He’s a perfectionist. Also, the price of surgery was very reasonable and fair. The Staff is very kind and professional too. I am happy I did it and would return in the future.

I had a few large moles the size of a dime on my face that was possibly cancerous. It healed so well no one can even see the scar. I can't even find it unless I try really hard. Couldn't have had a better experience. He listened and took time to make sure that the scarring was minimal. I would recommend him

I had a septalrhinoplasty following a Moh's procedure at a different clinic to remove a basil cell carcinoma from my nose. Dr. Ridgeway and his staff were amazing, going above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Ridgeway not only corrected my breathing problem from a deviated septum that had previously been undiagnosed by other physicians, he also corrected the previous surgery to remove the cancer which had made my deviated septum even worse and made breathing through my nose impossible without breath-right strips 24/7. I was very impressed with the care and the time that Dr. Ridgeway spent with me and my family. He makes himself accessible by phone 24/7, (he picks up, not a nurse or a receptionist) and is meticulous about making a normally painful procedure as comfortable as possible. He hand-picks his staff, including the anesthesia team. I was AMAZED with the lack of bruising and swelling following the procedure and how manageable the pain was. A far cry from the doc-in-the-box experience where quantity overrides quality. On the day of surgery, I was told that I was his only patient because he cleared his schedule just to focus on my case. This is how medicine should be practiced! Thank you!!!

Dr. Ridgway is the ultimate surgeon in terms of skill, integrity, and compassion. I know this from having spent over 10 years desperately pursuing very difficult facial reconstruction with several of the top recommended surgeons from around the country, including New York City, Boston, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Dallas, and achieving very limited (and sometimes actually detrimental or worsening) results, and never getting more than a half-hearted commitment to my admittedly challenging case. My experience with Dr. Ridgway has been a huge break-through for me. His technical mastery easily exceeds the top surgeons in his field, but his character and charisma sets him apart from any other doctor I have ever met. He has a seemingly tireless passion for his work and commitment to his patients that is truly rare. He is warm, caring, and unusually personable and communicative. Thanks to him, my long ordeal has finally ended and I've realized outstanding results. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have found him and I highly recommend him.

I found Dr. Ridgway after hours of research and review scouring. I was looking to get a facial trauma scar touched up, and wanted to find the best surgeon. Upon research I decided to commute 2 hours for his services. He has lived up to every expectation! Him and his staff are extremely professional, efficient, gentle, and friendly. I had no doubt at any time that they was doing the best job possible. You can't find a better surgeon.

I have an 8 year old son who had some pretty large & protruding ears; he was starting to get teased at school. I started to research doctors who do Otoplasty (ear pinning). All of my research led me to Dr Ridgway. When we met, I knew he was the one to take care of my baby! He made sure that this was something he wanted to do. We received a very detailed description of what was going to happen before, during, and after. We also got his cell number just in case I had questions during recovery. He did such a wonderful job, it looks so natural! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!
