Dr. Richard Westreich is by far the best doctor. His staff is extremely courteous and experienced. Dr. Westreich had the difficult task of completing a revision rhinoplasty which is a daunting task for any surgeon. By using his own techniques he was able to successfully complete the revision through a "closed" rhinoplasty. I healed very quickly, with minimal bruising and was back to my regular self within 3 weeks. The best part of the whole surgery was that he was able to achieve our goals. I was extremely nervous as I just wanted to tweak a few imperfections, I was not looking to change who I was. He was able to achieve this in such a manner that I don't think anyone even noticed I underwent surgery. I finally feel extremely confident with my appearance and owe it all to him and his expertise. Dr. Westreich is also a great person. He has great bedside manner, is personable and thoroughly follows up with his patients. It is evident that not only is he talented with his skill he also has a passion for what he does treating each patient with an individualized approach and following up with questions and concerns until all is understood and addressed. I have referred countless friends throughout the years and each person is grateful for the referral. I continue to see him for cosmetic procedures and highly recommend him and his team.
Dr. Westreich performed my LT 2-Split earlobe repair and I must say he was ABSOLUTELY amazing! From his professionalism down to his humor. For 5 YRS, I've gone through life doubting that the 2 Splits on my earlobe could properly be repaired! Being young & very much sociable, I've always been self conscious about my ear due to the fact that I wasn't able to wear an earring. Today, I am a MUCH CONFIDENT woman! Thank You Dr. Westreich for your professionalism, your reassurance & obviously, your amazing skill in repairing my earlobe !! Thank You Crystal & Staff for being so welcoming & pleasant !!
Truly an experienced and gifted doctor!! I'm so glad I chose Dr. Westreich for my rhinoplasty procedure, he took into consideration my wants and what nose would ideally fit my face. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for the right facial plastic surgeon.
What can I say. Lot's of Doctors to choose from in NYC, but Dr. Westreich is Top of that list. I had a very pleasurable experience working with the Dr. Westreich and his staff. I had rhinoplasty (deviated septum repair) last spring and just had my final follow up appt. Crystal, one of the office managers who helps you with the insurance was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the process. The office even worked with me on a a payment schedule that was convenient for me. Aussie the other office manager was also very sweet and helped accommodate my schedule. Overall, I can't say enough about the experience. It was seamless and easy considering the different appointments that had to be made and the scheduling of surgery. The office has state of the art system of showing you before and after pictures of the inside and outside of your nose, depending if you are getting an aesthetic fixes done as well. The doctor was great at explaining the procedure in simple terms and made me feel confident and comfortable before and after the surgery. I can't say enough about the results. I breathe better than ever; sleeping is a vast improvement and I notice it in almost everything I do. I was very surprised by the results and am disappointed I waited so long to have it done. DO IT!!!! Thanks very much to the office staff and Dr. Westreich for doing an awesome job. They also do all sorts of other procedures like laser and injections if you are interested in that sort of thing.
I am so over the moon with my results from Dr. Westreich!! I had a “liquid rhinoplasty” for the bump at the bridge of my nose, and it looks so natural!! He also did minor tweaks to my cheeks and under eye and I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for him. After years of feeling self conscious I recieved a beautiful, subtle confidence booster... he has amazing hands, not a bruise to be found! I will never go anywhere else.
Dr. Richard is very professional and has great bed side manners. He is very patient and answered all my questions. His staff is highly skilled and always there to help with any concerns. I had a very fast recovery and great results. I am very happy I chose him over the others. I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.
Dr W. treated my daughter for a deviated septum. He was terrific. From beginning (when he went out of his way to accommodate her school schedule so she could see him on her spring break) to the end he professional and warm. Dr W explained the procedure thoroughly and patiently answered all her questions. His staff is well organized and caring. Dr Westreich came highly recommended and we could see why.
I had issues with one of my nose cavities for a while. I chose to ignore this fact for many years. It got progressively worse until I couldn't breathe through one of my nostrils. My doctor told me I had a deviated septum and suggested seeing a plastic surgeon. After doing all kinds of research, I found dr. Westreich. The office is super friendly and the doctor is excellent. We went over all the options in detail and they really did a great job in making me feel comfortable with the procedure. Turns out that I had broken my nose at some point (probably about 20 years or so prior), so the bone and septum had to be fixed. The office worked with me to get as much covered by insurance as possible. The results are fantastic. I can breathe perfectly now which is amazing. Although, I never paid much attention to it before, and aesthetics were not my priority, my nose is nice and straight now. It looks great and natural (not that fakey plastic look that some people have). If you've ever even considered some kind of enhancement surgery or have trouble breathing, go see dr. Westreich. He is awesome and not pushy at all.
I went to see Ally at this office yesterday and she was absolutely amazing. I got laser done on my legs and it was 100% painless, she was very experienced and really helpful with all the questions that I had about this procedure. I cant wait to go back to continue my treatment and to get other things done!
WOW! I was looking for a specific procedure to be done, and I was recommended to Dr. Westreich by the plastic surgeon I presently work for. He said Dr. W was “smart, talented, focused on safely producing natural results”, and that he absolutely certain I would be in great hands with Dr. Westreich. I’ve had both injectibles and surgical procedures with him, and he is unparalleled. I am over the moon about my new and improved look, and I honestly feel so glad and blessed to have been referred to him. I got Laser hair removal with Allison here and she was GREAT. I was going to a different location for a few months,but honestly wasn’t happy with the results. Even the laser they used was different. She was so friendly and warm so I felt super comfortable especially because i felt like i was “cheating” on my spot. Welp, I’m definitely not cheating because I will be finishing all my sessions with her and even start my underarms. If anyone is nervous about getting I️t done, trust me there’s nothing to worry about. It’s pain free and, she will ask you on a scale from 1-10 on the pain level, if it’s not tolerable she will adjust the setting so it’s perfect for you. So excited to call her and the office my new home. You rock Ally and thank you again!
