Martin Lynch and John Clarke had a lot in common from an early age. They both grew up a mile away from each other in the parish of Killinkere in Ireland. Coincidentally, in the eighties, they both pursued restaurant careers in the United States.

We've been there many times in the fed great meals but the fish this time But the batter on the underside of the fish was mush. Our friends escargot go was great and so was our waiter. Will go again but I'll be specific about how I expect the fish to be cooked.
