It's safe to assume color of your skin has a role in how this gentleman asked towards you. I came in around 950 AM which he then made me wait outside till 10:00 I came in to get some quick 12 min patch work that needed to be done by Saturday he laughs and says the gentleman going to take two weeks. Two weeks for what ? I only had four patches for him to put on. The only reason I said something about this is because my father came in for work done he recommended it. Well my step father is also white so it is safe to assume my friends and I will never come for any work . He can't handle 12 minute worth of patches.

An owner who thinks he is a God of leather. Very rude. I was not happy with the work he did and he just said if he couldn't do it no one coil. He never even listened to what I had to say

It's unfortunate that I have to leave one star because none would be more appropriate. After having two of my coats since last spring they delivered them on friday with hems ripped out. Obviously they did not check these coats and now I'm wondering if they were even stored properly because they are shedding. When I called them to inquire why they had been delivered in this condition the owner HUNG UP ON ME!!
