Sandy Springs location is top notch! The assistant manager there is so incredibly nice and deserves a promotion! She is very professional, knows her menu, and gave me a newbie all the info I would need to make a good decision on my order. She was so sweet that I cannot wait to go back and give her a tip! I had the quinoa bowl with salmon, which is smoked, and it comes with a vinaigrette dressing. The assistant gave me that dressing and a peanut one so I could try both! The quinoa bowl was delish! I also can't wait to go back to try one of their shots!!

When we came in, she gave us some samples of 2 juices. We liked the firefight one -- got a kick to it! I ordered an acai bowl, & it was pretty good. Came with banana slices on top and coconut shreds.

Phenomenal food, smoothie, and juice options. Flaky service. My wife and I love visiting this location to enjoy a Grounded Smoothie after a long walk on the beltline. There is nothing explicitly bad about the service, but it is rather the void that is left behind knowing how exceptional this business could be if the internal culture was one of going above-and-beyond. Kale Me Crazy has the propensity to establish themselves as one of the premiere superfood cafes in the entire country if they refine and perfect exceptional customer service standards. I have high hopes for the future of the business. And I will keep stopping by for a smoothie and witness them gradually fill their potential.

Really disappointed in this location. I have a lot of food sensitivities and I've relied on Kale Me Crazy to get me through those busy days when I don't have time to make dinner. When I first starting frequenting this location (at least 3x/week), everyone was always so incredibly friendly and accommodating to my requests. In the past month or so, though, things have really gone downhill here. I've always subbed chicken instead of avocado in my quinoa bowl without a problem. They don't give you much chicken anyway, and there's no way the chicken they do give costs more than the avocado that's included in the bowl. They've always been keen to swap out the two since I'm allergic to avocado, but today I had a rather unpleasant experience with the women behind the counter that left a bad taste in my mouth. Even though the same woman behind the counter had swapped the two for me on multiple occasions, today she decided that she didn't want to do that, and not only that, she was rude about it. I won't be returning to this location, after having made a home away from home here for the past six months. Thank goodness there's still Upbeet, which never fails with their friendly staff and accommodating food options. Highly recommend visiting another location if you do choose Kale Me Crazy. Saddens me to say that since I'd had such a pleasant experience until recently. They've made some new hires that just don't fit with the company's old vibe.
