Convenient hours and location, and great experience. It was clean, and they used a sealed pack of tools, which was good to see. This is a new business, and my first manicure. I would definitely go back and visit them again.

As a resident of downtown Jacksonville I was thrilled and excited to see a beauty and spa open downtown that didn’t just offer massages. The staff are all wonderful, personable and make you feel welcome. I always try to come twice a month either for a pedicure or manicure. I recommend Karma to anyone either living in Jacksonville, the downtown area or just passing through. 10/10 from me

These ladies are so amazing. We had a group of 7 all with different requests, for a pre-wedding glam and they accommodated us perfectly. The salon is so cute and clean. They offered us wine, coffee and water. They also have a makeup and hair salon upstairs. I can't say enough good about Karma Beauty!!
