Car we were looking for was raised substantially higher than expected. Drove nearly 1 1/2 hours to be told once we got there instead of being told after the multiple sales calls received To go see the car. PS: once you buy the car, the salesmen ask for your phone & they themselves write the 5 star review. Witnessed this in the time we spent there.

Evan and his crew at Keyes Toyota are awesome. They are friendly, helpful and do everything in explain everything in detail before signing any papers. They show you what you want not what they want to sell you. They are courteous and answer all your questions. I am telling everyone that Keyes Toyota is the place to purchase a vehicle and make a new friend.

I have been taking my car to Keyes ever since I moved to the valley in 2010, but I never wrote a review. I obviously am very happy with their service, the way their waiting room is set up, their offer of refreshments. They have treated me, and my old car, very well. We are both still going strong.

Customer service is incredible. The whole staff was nice. Price quoted was what I paid and there wasn't any unnecessary upselling. I was in and out in under the quoted time. Best prices I've found! I will definitely be back!

They are not honest. My agreement was for something the paperwork was for something else. Its very important that you be sure they be enough nice because its monthly payment and i as customer am responsible for that amount You cant add everything to my monthly payment without describe to me that how effect my monthly bill. Just because you want see more commission in one check i should pay extra money for 3 years each month?? How people can be like that! How can you trust to this people Its dangerous.

When I first got there Evan was a big friendly guy and kind and took me to John, who helped me find the car and went through the test drive. He assisted me to go to the finance manager and Wolfgang who did all my paperwork was so good, fast and efficient. They even helped me unload my trade in. Good service dept . 5 stars

I was completely satisfied with my experience at Keyes Toyota in Van Nuys. My salesman Eric was a delight. He was professional and he didn’t waste my time looking at what I didn’t need. Which lead me to the car of my dreams!! Clayton at the financial department was also rather helpful. He explained everything in great detail and was very kind and understanding. All in all I give my experience 5 stars and two thumbs up!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍 👍

I called in the day I needed service. I had no clue my interlock would mess with Honda employees checking my tire pressure & an oil change. Kevin Tressel & shuttle employee Al went beyond their job to get me in & out even without an appointment. Al noticed I would have to stay a little longer because of the interlock. He was the shuttle driver that day.. didn't have anyone lined up for a ride therefore sat down & talked.. by the time I had someone say everything was ready.. I was surprised.. time definitely flew by talking to him. I would definitely recommend servicing by them to anyone! Great employees!! Definitely going there for any service on my car 2014 Honda.
