I am hoping the work was done ok but am not sure yet. I can say the personal interaction was terrible at best. when I called to set up the appointment they were were very un-professional, it seems to me once I said I was a returning customer they would look me but no I had to go into all the detail of what my vehicle was and what I wanted done. I had to do this with 2 separate people as well. I never did hear back from the service dept. about the status of my vehicle even after I called and was told they would give me an update. Luckily when I showed up late in the day it was done. Customer service was terrible in my opinion and needs to be looked at. Based on this trip I would not recommend somebody to go there. This dealership used to be much better in the past.

Unable and unwilling to give useful advice. Very willing to check on the possible solution at %150/hr, but no guarantees. Cures would be an additional $150/hr. I have been back twice since this review. Things have changed a great deal. Both times I asked question which they went to great lengths to answer. And they have printed documents to help me solve my problems. Much better service and parts help.

Anne Richardson was extremely helpful knowledgeable and professional with the sale of of my new truck. I would buy from her again. As well as Kevin McMahon who have I've bought several trucks in the past

Don't bother with an appointment. I called the service dept to find the price for an oil change on my Duramax. I then asked if I needed an appointment at that time and was told to come on by as there wasn't a wait. I get there and am told it will be an hour and a half before they could get to my truck so I leave. I make an appointment the next day and get there at my scheduled time. Over one and a half hours later, with no word on my vehicle, I find out that they had been working on the wrong vehicle the whole time and my truck was still in the customer pull up bay! This after they lost the original sale of my truck when sales claimed they couldn't locate what I was looking for in features. (I found it myself and had it delivered to my front door a few days later. ) Overall, the stereotypical dealership in terms of customer service in my opinion. I will not be giving them another chance.

I brought my car in to have my air conditioning fixed. I pick it up and leave on a road trip just to find out something else is broken in my air conditioning. News around social media is that King is scamming people. I have been a faithful customer since I bought my 2012, I can't trust and can't afford King anymore. After my car is fixed this time I will never come back not even for an oil change.

Took my 2014 Chevy Sonic in for a coolant leak. Rusty was my advisor and was super helpful with letting me know exactly what they were going to look for. He let me know up front about the possible costs and what the problem may have been. It ended up being a little more pricey than I would of preferred, but luckily I knew what to expect thanks to Rusty! Awesome service and kind, knowledgeable staff! Definitely will be coming back to Kings instead of the previous dealership I used to go to! (Century Chevy)

I highly recommend this place! Jacob Clark is absolutely amazing and was so helpful throughout the whole experience. He wasn't pushy at all and now my parents and sister want him to help them with their new vehicles as well! Brad, Tim, and Tanner were also fantastic, but Jacob is definitely the MVP!

I'm reviewing the auto service part. They did a great job checking out my car, gave me honest answers, and fixed the major problem with it while giving me a reasonable price. They were well informed and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable, with entertainment for both adults and kids. Would highly recommend for your more expensive Chevy services.
