My favorite part is that the automated phone system told me to hold and then hung up on me.
Zero accountability. Said they were going to turn our water on. Didn't turn our water on. Rescheduled for Saturday to turn our water on. Didn't turn our water on. No way to check when our water will be turned on during the weekend.
Water was turned off tuesday morning, I called and paid the entire bill and was told they will have water turned on by the next business day they have until 11:45pm. Today is Wednesday it is 5:15pm and water is still not turned on. I called and had to wait 10 minutes and was told they until,11:45 to turn on water. What a joke ......
I haven’t really had any issues with customer service or billing, but what is up with your website? Get it together, it’s 2018. My favorite part is the circa 1999 excel bar graph to show usage history. LWC, please work on this. As a data junky, this is abhorrent. LG&E is blowing you out of the water (pun intended), and even their website isn’t all that great. Where’s that great inter-public utility rivalry spirit!? Go LWC, you can do it!!
Horrible doesn't even begin to describe this company. Ridiculous prices, horrible customer service, and their website obviously was created before Christ it's so old and terrible. I wish there were more options but unfortunately a Monopoly will have to suffice.
Their website continues to be garbage, & it has been for nearly a decade. It has never worked well with any of my android phones. If you're going to have a payment portal, you need to make sure it works on at LEAST the most common platforms. Somehow they haven't been able to fix it in nearly 10 years. I've had to pay multiple late fees because it won't work right. Be prepared to have time to drive up to the office or pay a ridiculous fee for the privilege of paying them.
Beautiful aquatic modern setting. Wait time wasn't to bad
Absolutely the least customer friendly organization I've ever had the misfortune to attempt to communicate with. They could only exist within government and with the Mayor's buddies running the place while drawing extravagant salaries. They should just remove the big W logo and replace it with a big FU.
I would give them a negative rating if I could. We had a water leak right at the main line after them doing construction in our neighborhood, which they said they never did. I physically seen them working on the lines, they cut off all water on my street, and the next day all of our neighbors, including us, had brown water. A tech that came out said “yes, they were working on the main line” but customer service says they haven’t been in our neighborhood for 6 months. When asking for them to send me specific dates of construction, they couldn’t come up with anything. Funny how the leak started at the time of their construction. They mentioned reading the meter 3 times before sending a bill of near $1500 without saying anything to us. When asked why, they didn’t say anything. After we spotted the leak and had it repaired, we received a notice in the mail saying “we may suspect you have a water leak”. No joke. Not only that but I talked to about 5 different employees which all of them have told me different things. One says a credit will be applied, one says they can’t do anything to adjust it, one is telling me it takes 8 weeks, and another telling me 12 weeks. One person told me to pay the normal bill of what it usually runs and to not worry about the overage which is what I did. Now they said they are sending it to collections and cutting off my water? TERRIBLE customer service! Speak to them via email and not in person or over the phone!
This company doesn't take responsibility for errors and their part and will not do anything to rectify the situation. 0/10 would not recommend
They just can’t get it right. Nearly impossible to contact so go, in person, you think you have it ironed out. They haven’t the records as to when I contacted them to have the account changed over, I paid the other customers bill(had been delinquent), they had no record even though they took the money.
My plumber was doing some inside work and went to the cutoff meter and informed me of a leak and said to, call LOUISVILLE water, they not only do not have a request record from my conversation, now I have this unreasonable bill.
We consumers need to rally for more efficient customer service and accountability. Is anyone ready to work with me?
