I really like this place. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I told them I had limited time and they got me in and out quick and easy - just like any dentist cleaning should be! I also was able to use their free Zoom whitening promotion and I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

I've been coming to this dental office for years. My hygienist (Natasha) is the best! I'm just finishing up with Invisalign, and while I didn't love the process, my teeth look great! It also took less time than braces would have. Both Carl & Dr. Vargas have been great and they really take care of their patients. They have Saturday hours which are really helpful, and the office is clean & conveniently located. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Charnas for many years and recommend him highly to anyone looking for a dental office. Everyone is personable, professional, and very good at their roles. Dr. Charnas is smart and listens to the concerns of his patients.

I have been coming to this dental office for years! Finally done with my Invisalign and love the results!! Both Carl & Dr. Charnas have been great they have incredible expertise. The office hours are flexible and staff is pretty helpful.

Thanks to Manhattan Dental Spa I no longer fear a trip to the dentist. I have been a patient for about 9 years and I have never left in any pain. They are wonderful. I would not let anyone other than Alla clean my teeth She takes such care and it's painless. Dr. Charnas is so sweet and gentle and excellent. I used to be dental-phobic. If you are, trust me, try Manhattan Dental Spa.

Listen... Long story short... As a child & early adulthood I had horrific experiences...I would not go to a dentist for years. Not wanting to neglect my teeth... I searched & found a good sensitive Dentist & lost him after 10 yrs... due to my employer changed insurance companies and he was not in network. Years went by again... due to my fear/phobia...once again I would not go to a dentist. My niece referred me to Manhattan Dental Spa. Manhattan Dental Spa...All the Staff... The receptionist... hygienist... the dentist everyone... so pleasant, down to earth, professional, understood my issues, made me so comfortable... I retired & not longer work in Manhattan... I still commute from Staten Island to Manhattan Dental Spa because their excellent service. The waiting lounge is serene complete with coffee & herb teas. Wide screen TV... Even a massage chair... The work that was done on my teeth is 5 Star!!! I could go on & on... I highly recommend Manhattan Dental Spa.

The worst decision to try this dentist! I went for a regular cleaning and was told I had 2 cavities and had to replace an existing silver filling with an onlay. They happened to find “another problem” with my gums as they were removing the existing silver filling which costs me another $200. What was I supposed to do at that point? I was already in the chair! Let’s not even talk about their billing procedure. Let’s just say the last bill I received for over $500 and it did not detail why I was being charged, no explanation or breakdown of the charges but at that pt I just wanted to be done with this place. Wrote the check and cxld my next cleaning. Total spent on this place was over a thousand dollars and I do have dental insurance! Oh and the tooth they replaced the filling on is constantly hurting me but I’m too afraid to go back to this place. It will end up costing me more money! Also beware that if you go to this place they will push more services onto you such as the Invisalign. I’m going back to my old dentist to fix my tooth so I can eat on that side again. The only reason I made the change was because this place is close to my work. Bad move!

The best dentistry and office. I have been going here for years and really enjoy all aspects of it. And I am not that fond of dentists in general.
