Horrible horrible horrible. Call 5 times this morning for service and was put on endless hold and disconnected several times. The one time I was able to finally speak with a service advisor she was nothing short of rude and dismissive. Go anywhere but this place. I finally asked for the service manager and was sent to a ringing phone that eventually went to a recording asking me for a code. Horrible was of time.

Jamaica was the best!!! I went to look for my next vehicle (Wrangler) and he was just an amazing sales person! Unlike other dealers who are SO pushy trying to get a sale.. he was so patient and helpful! I definetely will be buying my Wrangler from here thanks to Jamaica!!

Rude, bad attitude, unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior is how the customers service manager at Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT in Plantation, FL. conduct his self on March 5, 2019 at 5:12 pm. After entering the rental car center, I Waited for assistant for 7 minutes , one other customer had been waiting for Approximately 6 to 7 minutes .( There were no employees in the building to assist us, we were alone. ) I walked over to the adjacent building and asked an Employee for help . The manager Interject, very rude an annoyed with other employees present . It did not stop there , 15 minutes later, he passed me outside and continue to make the derogatory statement. Customer service is something badly needed in management at your Plantation store, In Fort Lauderdale Florida . THIS manager negative attitude and less-than-professional behavior can ONLY poison the workplace atmosphere.

Honestly I'm not sure but I do know about an hour of my life was use for nothing wit them. I have been here 3 times on a Sunday just for an oil change an each time something was wrong an I got there at 8am.. 1st time the computers were down 2nd time they got robbed 3rd time is today the computers are down. I guess 3 strikes in out. Helen was ok. I just think she has a strong personality. I think.

Maybe if you can get a call through without a hangup, they are better. Service here has always been terrible. They are blocks from my house, but I find it with my time to drive across town to a better dealership!

I have been going to this dealership for years and I always deal with Ted very good guy treat you with respect give you honest opinion and very good answers on everything you ask him. But this time I had to deal with this woman named Helen she is the worse she does not know what she wants to do she’s rushing you she’s giving you ridiculous quotes on a parts that cost $ $200 that it would take numerous hours to do and charge you $1100 for labor that is just ridiculous and she’s rude and she’s very not pleasant when talking to a customer and I really think that she really does not need to be there because she does not treat customers well at all .
