Service department is a joke. Service writer told me today that because my tires where 1 inch taller than factory that the squeaks, rattles, and drivability issue I was experiencing would not be covered under warranty. I drove over to Larry H. Miller where they told me that they would be happy to repair my vehicle under warranty no questions asked. Don't waste your time at Melloy when you have another better option in town.

Ask for Lee Roy, he will definitely help you out. Literally was turned down by every dealer in Albuquerque. Lee Roy found a great deal on a Ram. No one else helped me find a deal, call and ask for LeeRoy!

The people at Melloy we’re great. This is our second vehicle we have bought from them and each time their customer services has been outstanding. We went to another Ram dealership looking for a specific truck and they were completely unreasonable in terms of payment and interest rate they were trying to offer us. We ended walking out of the dealership angry and annoyed. Luckily Melloy was able to transfer the tuck from that dealership to theirs and ultimately we ended up with the truck we wanted in the first place. Thanks to Shawn, Ryan, and Jesse at Melloy for understanding what true customers service means.

Very disappointed with service. Went to quick oil change and 3 cars were ahead of me and service manager said would be 2.5 hours for an oil change. He said was short handed but 2.5 hours for 3 cars ahead of me is crazy. Drove 10 miles for nothing. This is unacceptable.

In town for Thanksgiving and my Dodge Challenger Hellcat went full stupid on me. While in a parking lot the motor started to rev up until hitting the revlimiter for 5 seconds, trying to kill engine did nothing, luckily its a manual transmission and I held foot on the clutch. I call the dealer nearest to my mothers house which was Melloy and was told bring it Saturday at 0800. When I arrive I'm told maybe, maybe not that they could get to looking at it this weekend just leave it. I explained I need to get home today but engine code calls for immediate attention. So a brand new $72k car with 6200 miles on it from out of town has no president with them. I see why my family has turned away from Dodge/Chrysler products in NM area.

Sales people are great! The service department however is a completely different story. I had my Jeep in the service department because of an accident. My transmission has been shifting hard and falling into reverse . Took it in and they told me that there was a recall and some technical service bulletins that would fix the transmission. Took my vehicle home after they “fixed it”. Next morning exact same issue. Brian @Melloy was very unprofessional and seemed to not want to help. Would never recommend this service department to anyone.

Great service department. ..ok..now it gets weird..went into Sales lot just to get a look at challengers and features they have on the to buy used one at carmax as they always had best deals...salesman Carlos said he may be able to get better deal on trade in for our car. We let them try to get better deal.. And wow..they did..and then he said he may be able to get better deal on new challenger over they used one we were on the way too buy. So again we let him have a good old college try. Wow...not only did they surpass every deal I ever had on a car but sold me new challenger close to price of used one. I had not even test driven or seen the car I was buying until we were closing on the car. When Nick says deal..he means Deal. This is where you buy used or new cars. Nowhere else comes even close. I now have massive respect for this dealership and like said before..great service department also.

Brought my Grand Caravan in the service. A bit confusing at first (I wasn't sure who I was supposed to check in with and nobody stepped forward to offer) and they somehow didn't have me on the calendar even though they had texted and called me the day prior to confirm my appointment. They turned it songs with quick, relatively affordable service. Everything works great!
