Dr Blass is competent and caring. Also, very busy. If you need time with your doctor, I'd look elsewhere for care. The office staff is very curt and, for the most part, runs interference between you and your doctor. The quality of care from Dr Blass is very good, just hard to access.

My health is in danger and needed a second opinion. I live in S.C. And use to live in Atlanta. Had a Atlanta friend doctor recommend me and he still will not see me because I'm out of state but the worse part is that his front desk receptionist keep calling me for a appointment after I had to tell them he wasn't accepting out of state patients. Also they didn't tell me this after giving them my address and taking 3 weeks to get my records to them. Wasting my time for a emergency patient. Lovely experience. It's this kind of customer service that puts a bad name for our health care.

Dr. Blass is the best. I was referred to him from my ENT doctor for a sinus infection that had not responded to oral or nasal antibiotics. He saw me within a week of my referral and spent about an hour going over my entire medical history. His bedside manner is among the best I have ever seen and he is very personable and easy to talk to -- he listens to the patient! I have had a great first couple of visits with him, and his staff are amazing. Note to the others who had complaints: he will schedule his appointments based on need - if your needs are critical, you will be scheduled quicker than others. He reviews each patient's charts before determining the need. I was explained this by the front office staff prior to getting an appointment, so keep this in mind before complaining.

Horrible office now, Kim in billing is gone, Shay the nurse is gone. No one smiles and the nurse that helps me speaks broken English and is hard to understand. Finding another ID office asap.
