This place is a joke as far as customer service goes. Went in to purchase a new Altima and asked them to run the numbers with me alone and then with adding my husband on. My credit is great and they tried to tell us that the payment would be higher with me alone. Went to another Nissan Dealership and purchased a brand new Altima (Midnight Edition) with both of us on the loan with 0% interest rate, roughly $100 cheaper per month than Nalley and $1000 more on our trade in.

So sad this new location has no idea what customer service is. Had an appointment at 1:00pm. At 1:40 someone finally got to me. I left with no service done. Can not give them money . They need to do much better, especially now that it takes you an hour or more to get there, 2 hours home. Definitely not worth it. It's too bad.

⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️ to all car shoppers in Georgia. Please be careful while shopping specially If you are shopping with Nalley. I went to Nalley Lexus dealership July 3 2017 and bought a 2012 Lexus IS used.The salesman who sold me the car showed me what he say was the Carfax on the car reading no prior accident. I went back to Nalley July 18 2018 to have the car appraised and when they appraised it the car only worth a fraction of what they sold for because of a prior accident on the Carfax report. I Let them know that I was not told nor shown a car fax about the accident before buying the car. I told them that I was shown a car fax that said the car had not been in an accident so the salesman then tells me that the accident wasn’t reported to Carfax until December 2017 after I bought the car. So then the salesman and the finance manager attempt to so called help by giving a horrible deal on another car that I was interested in buying. While pretending they would give me a discount because of the negative equity in the car that they previously sold me. So called assuring me that they’re going to fix their mess up. I didn’t take the deal because they were trying to lease me that car for more than the sticker price. I returned July 20 2018 to get copies of both Carfax the one that is in the file from the day I bought the car as well as the one from the appraisal that show the accident supposedly wasn’t reported until December 2017. This time I spoke with another manager. He he then shows me a Carfax from the day I bought the car with the accident reported on it with a line drawn on it with my signature written by someone else (Not ME) on the line. After saying they did not know the car had been in an accident before selling it to me and saying that accident wasn’t reported until December 2017. Then try to convince me that I signed that Carfax that day when clearly I didn’t and the signature page that myself and salesman was supposed to sign was completely gone. I didn’t and would never sign a line drawn by the salesman while purchasing anything especially not a car. So now I’m still paying for a car that is not worth what they sold it to me for and nowhere near worth it. So now I would like to warn anyone who has bought a used car or planning to buy a used car from Nalley Lexus. Please make sure the Carfax that they showed you was correct as well as the price.

I had a terrible experience with the body shop their customer service rep Nichole came of kind of racist yes I said it racist in Atlanta,I could be wrong but that’s just how I felt.My car was not repaired correctly I ended up having to take it back to sit in the lobby to wait and wait for them to fix.All while she came off arrogant And like I was bothering her.They did not do any internal work my car shakes as it goes down the road.I have a 2016 i wont say make and model.overral it was a terrible experience as I stay on the south and had to drive all the way up north a few times to be treated this way.And my car is still not right.Complete waist of time.

Beware of the finance manager Tony Canton he is dishonest and a bad face for this dealership ! When I caught him fudging the numbers he got so upset and so combative I was about to let him see a different side of me real quick. The next day folks he had ran my credit of 720 too 9 different banks! That means9 hard inquiries on my credit report . Next day I called Nalley to speak with him and he hung the phone up in my face I'm going to report him to the Better Business Bureau...
