Horrible Ordeal!! Then, complete disregard by Ryne Johnson. No money returned! I spent my life savings to hopefully have some sense of of comfort after a major car accident many years ago! I paid over $33,000 upfront based on Ryne Johnson request and a 5% discount overall. The procedure was a nightmare from the beginning! They had the wrong implants! They kept me in the chair for almost 2 hours will someone went out to procure the correct implants. The pain was unbearable! One implant was inserted at an angle incorrectly. Chronic pain and no response from Ryne or Newton Wellesley Dental Partners! Then, they would not refund my money. I have to resort to sharing my terrible experience with the world to try to get them to respond. Ryne is certainly all smiles on his commercial and emphasizes customer care. That is not the case! My mouth is now worse than ever, and my life savings is gone. I am 66 year old female who was in a terrible car accident more than 40 years ago. I have never had the mean to make things right and have been dealing with pain and self appearance issues for a long time! I have been swindled by Ryne Johnson and would like everyone to know his true colors!!

Dr. Ryne Johnson is meticulous, careful, and conscientious. He has saved two of my teeth from root canals. Last year I had some oral surgery and then had a bridge made on my front teeth. He made my smile look fantastic! I am very impressed with the quality of Dr. Johnson's work, the friendliness of his office staff, and the results of the work.

The experience at Newton Wellesley Dental Partners was very professional from the moment I walked through the door. Excellent and friendly front desk service and being treated by Dr.Johnson was full service. I felt comfortable throughout the work, he was very informative about the process, what it was he was doing and gave me good post work advice so I was not doing anything to discomfort myself. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice, Dr Johnson and his staff. Patient for life!

Dr. Johnson has been educational, patient and very helpful. Having put off a second opinion for so long, I was apprehensive when I walked into Dr. Johnson's office. Between the office staff and Dr. Johnson's thorough explanation I knew I had made a great choice in seeking help at Newton Wellesley Dental Partners. I know that I am now in great hands and my smile is proof of his great work!

Always great service from Dr. Johnson and his team. Dianne at the front makes it extremely easy to figure out insurance and scheduling appointments. All of the hygienists are top notch and Dr. Johnson shoots you straight with effective, patient orientated solutions.

I had some major work done and Dr Johnson made sure I had all the details to make an informed decision. The office equipment is top notch and made the whole process very easy and precise. The fit for my reconstruction work was perfect, the procedure went smoothly and the office was very accommodating of my hours and time line. I have been a patient of Dr. Johnson for a number of years. He's a "pro" - with state of the art equipment. His patients reap the benefit of the investment he has made in his practice. For those who have ever needed a crown, you will not find one better than through Dr. Johnson. He's an individual who is very diligent and skilled in his craft. The office staff is equally skilled and extremely personable. I know them all on a first name basis. In all my visits over the years, I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes for my appointment to begin. They are "top-notch" and I recommend them highly.
