We visited on a Friday evening. Great fast service; maybe too fast The appetizers seem to be frozen, and were not cooked long enough in the deep fryer. The texture of the crust was nice, but flavorless, as was the sauce. Definitely no wow factor for us, but others may like their pizza. The entrees at other tables looked yummy.

One of my favorite neighborhood pizza joints. I usually get there once a month. Pizza can be slightly greasy, but the crust is way above average. I get the lunch special all the time.

When my Capitol Hill nicolo's location closed about 7/8 months ago I was devastated I've been eating there for 25 years at least. Visited the Lakewood location got my favorite pizza once again. Very pleasant experience

Some really good St. Louis style pizza and it's cut in squares like it should be. You can order a number of specialty pizzas or make your own from the wide ranging ingredients list. The restaurant also has your normal pizza place food standards; chicken wings, bread sticks, cheesy garlic bread and salads. I recommend the home made Italian dressing if you get a salad.

Great pizza spot. Gluten free options are incredible. Everything I have ever gotten here is wonderful. Prices are pretty good too!

Not and I can't stress this enough.. NOT CHICAGO STYLE PIZZA!! I've been home sick for good food mostly since I moved here from Chicago and was ecstatic to find a place that might have pizza that held up to Chicago standards. Disappointed is an understatement. It wasnt nasty but it was bland, small in portion and simply lacking. To say the least we left still hungry and sad

My family really loves this restaurant! It's locally owned with incredible staff. We often see the owner there working which says a lot about character. I even bumped into her at the local grocery store the other day! I can tell they pride themselves on service good food and cleanliness. The prices are really good also. My kids always finish their meals. Their meatballs are delicious and so is the Italian salad dressing, Yum! Lately been on an Italian beef kick and tried it last night... Totally delicious! I will get it again for sure. Thank you Nicolo's for many years of tasty dinners. Keep it up.

First time ordering from Nicolo's. Pizza was alright. Price was alright. You will need to cut your own pizza. Which was alright I guess. I have never had a pizza delivery you had to cut but ok. You will want to have some extra sauce on hand. Might try them again. We will see.

Usually it is very good. The service was still outstanding, but somehow the pizza was not as good as always. I must say the appetizers could have been a bit more. We had the jalapeno poppers and only got 5 small ones. We go there a lot and for some reason tonight was not so good.

We have never had anything but stellar customer service here. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and fast. I love my pizza with jalapeños and cream cheese. Tonight my husband wanted pineapple and ham, while on the phone with the gentleman taking the order he heard me say that I would just do what my husband wanted. This man went above and beyond and let me know they just added a pizza for the New Year called the Ultimate Hawaiian that has all of the above. I was instantly sold. When picking up my pizza all employees including the gentleman were very attentive and efficient. It’s not often that you get great genuine customer service these days, Niccolo’s never disappoints. Thank you!!!!!
