Worst customer service i have ever seen. Was invited in with a promotion by chrystler to test drive a car. Sales rep followed up daily about the purchase but ignored the promotion bonus they advertised. When i brought up the promotion bonus she completely fell off the grid and stopped answering her email or returning my phone calls for the past month as if she was paying the bonus out of her own pocket! Glad i did not buy my car from Nissani, unprofessional and plain rude to say the least.

Giving them one star is being generous. Worst dealership experience we have ever had!! the ignorance and blatant rudeness from everyone on staff is unbelievable!!! I even had a "Sales Manager" yell at me on the phone ( I'm not exaggerating, he was yelling)... I can not begin to tell you how frustrating and aggravating it is trying to work with these people. WE WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM. save yourself the headache and go to another dealership.

Great experience! Dante and Matt were fantastic. No sneakiness or hard-selling. I came in not expecting to buy, the attitude of everyone here was so good I left with a new Renegade Trailhawk. Gustavo was also helpful and polite. Thanks again, guys. Love the car.

PATHETIC service received at Nissani Bros Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 5750 Mesmer Ave , STE B Culver City CA 90230 . Car was serviced on Friday Feb 8 2019. After I received car I saw that car still showed only 9% engine oil, even though oil had been changed in the service. I went back to service station from half my way back home. Service guy then fixed it. Later when I went home , I saw oil was leaking from my car. Whole oil has now leaked from the car. After this, I called Nissani bros and he talked in a very RUDE way and was very UNAPOLOGETIC. I really think they should hire better service people and especially better customer representatives.

You should find another place to service your vehicle. My first time here was horrible. Of the 10 plus employees standing around there was 1 that seemed to be in the slightest hurry to be assisting the many customers. Even while I was waiting at the desk a Korean war Vet (had a hat on) had walked up and complained that he felt forgotten in the waiting room. My fees ended up being 20% higher than expected. Followed up with some condescending tone from the manager informing me of the owners rights as independent business owners to run things differently than other dealers.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife and I showed up excited to purchase a her a new car and were brushed off to the side. There was no one to show us a Jeep and when I finally tracked someone down we were directed to who I presume to be the manager of the lot (her office is located in the Jeep department)....SHE NEEDS TO GO. When we sat down in her office she asked us what we wanted, I simply replied we were interested in the orange Rubicon they had out front. She proceeds to act like I did not just say why we were here and ask us again "what do you want". She further more implies that we have poor credit and how she has an 800 credit score, then talks about the cost of the car as if it's out of reach for us before asking us what we do for a living and seeing financial information. All around it was a very demeaning experience and we'll happily be buying a Rubicon from the lot down the street :). My guess if she does not get replaced and the culture of the lot does not change; where people actually want to sell you a car.....they'll close. A joke don't waste your time going here.

Jeep Service - Worst customer service my wife and I ever experienced. Calls are not returned by both advisor and manager. Plan to add 2+ hours for any estimated timeframe given even if you are the first person to show up on the lot and with an appointment booked over a week in advance. Parts supposedly ordered but never show up. No calls back. Good luck to those that come here; you will need it. Not a great way to retain customers or sell cars. The fake customer service response that will surely follow will be just that. UPDATE: I called Melissa 3 separate times and left detailed voice messages without any response or call back. Again, worst customer service. This service department broke a part off our Jeep and has failed to get the parts ordered and the car fixed!

Went in to hopefully buy a new car if the prices was right. The sales men was really cool with no pressure wat so ever but they seem not to negotiate a price with me due to me having my own Credit union as I keep refusing there banks and running my credit as I didn't need to. As they brought out number saying I needed a down payment which I know I didn't knowing I had my own CU. Sad to say they wouldn't work with me on a price so i just got up and left. I'm pretty sure there's more New Compasses out and a dealer that's would love to sell one. Always remember when going into a dealer YOU have full control.

worst customer service. Never call you to tell you what's up with your car. Been there 3 times and happened all three time. Doesn't really matter because they are the only dealer around so you have to put up with it. Didn't fix my problem. I tried to buy a new car from them from an ad they placed. Surprise, they didn't have the car. Wouldn't even look for another one so I bought one elsewhere.
