I love this Salon.... Alex, owner and operator is very professional and an artist with colors and cuts . Have been seeing her for over 15 years. Salon is open, airy and clean. Nona is another great stylist there..,,.. best mani pedi ever! Entire staff is upbeat.
Because they are good people that do a good job. Always a few laughs and very comfortable conversation. I have a really good cutter that I wait till I can get her chair. I really enjoy her company and our gabbing.
Very talented and very feiendly Beaty professionals! I have been going here for years. I go to Alex for my hair and Flower for my nails. I couldn’t be happier! 😄
It Was my first time there today and I was pleasantly surprised. I called a little bit ahead of time and they told me to come in whenever I can and everybody was very friendly and welcoming. I have been going to a salon in Jacksonville Beach and was not happy with my results but I will definitely be returning to number one salon to see Sam in the future I highly recommend this place
I found this place by accident 14 years ago, and STILL go every time I come back to Jacksonville! Alexandra, the owner, is the ONLY stylist ever to be able to get all of the “brassy blonde” out of my hair! Her prices are reasonable, her work is on point, and everyone there is so nice! Do not pass up this local gem!!!🙌 🙌 🙌 🙌 🙌
I found this hair salon on Google a few weeks before I visited, but it was a little out of my way. I decided to give them a shot because I heard a lot of good things. I didn't book an appointment as I just needed a quick haircut. I walked in, and everyone looked busy. Even so, someone came up to me, asked what I wanted and we hit it off right away. 10 minutes later I was sitting down and chatting with my stylist getting my haircut. The experience here was extraordinary. Everyone there was so nice, and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Even got a free styling after the cut.
My first visit towards the end of March for a perm with Nonna which I had an appointment for went great. I walked in on June 7 to make appointment for a trim with her, was told it would be about 5 minutes (ok great I had the time) she finished up with the person she was working on. She took me back to shampoo and was a little rude. I told her I wanted a trim, she started talking about a different cut and said it wouldn't be that much off of the length. I said I wanted a trim. She started cutting it and said see not much.(showed me about a little piece) by the time she kept fussing around with the back it was short!! Totally not what I wanted. While cutting hair she made comments about how she only works by appointments! When paying I gave her my credit card which I used the first time, she made a face and she told me that she only takes cash or checks!!! The credit card machine was one of the other girls and she took it the first time because I was a walk in.(wrong I had appointment) She went ahead and took it, but rudely told me to call her for appointment and bring cash or check!!! I will not be back!!!!!
Shout out to Ms. Sam, who is an experienced and very detail oriented. She took her time on my hair and my sister's hair as well. Took her an hour to cut each of our hair and she is very patient, listened well on our instructions on how we wanted the hair to look like. Although the appointment ran a bit late during to her other clients being overall picky, she was still able to take her time during my appointment. So that was a pleasant first time experience I had here. I highly recommend you make an appointment with Sam if you have thin and long asian hair like mine. She's familiar with our hair textures so it's much easier for her to cut and style or color for my type of hair. The interior is a bit outdated but if you could get pass that, the ladies here will take great care of you! They also offer beauty services such as permanent make up and eyelash extensions. Check them out if you are in the area!
First visit and Wow!! Alex is wonderful. I love my cut and style. Also had brows waxed by Christy she did a good job too. Very friendly, and relaxing experience. Definitely going back. Prices are great!!!
Did a walk-in to get my shoulder length blunt cut hair cut into something more interesting, and Roberto was incredibly nice; I've had bad previous experiences at salons so I'm always really nervous with new stylists, but he was so welcoming and friendly. He listened to the few directions I gave for what I was sure I didn't want, and I left the rest up to him and he certainly delivered. I love my new cut and I highly recommend the salon and Roberto specifically. Thank you for a great experience!
This place is truly amazing! Love going to this salon, the staff is incredible and really do a detailed job. I strongly recommend!!
