I filled out a credit report and they never called me back to tell me anything. If it was good or bad. I kept calling a couple of times and no one called me back. Poor costumer service they get a half star...

This was my second visit to Norris Honda. First regular oil change, yesterday was " big oil change " and tire rotation. Got my Honda CRV right in, took care of business! Fred in the service dept. even had a coupon to make the service sweeter! I will be using Norris Honda for all future work! Thanks Fred!

Great experience. Went in for oil change and tire rotation and that’s exactly what I got. At no time did the service rep come in and try to up charge me for something the mechanic saw while the service was being done. The service was completed extremely quick. Thank you Norris Honda

Outstanding Service! Will (Service Adviser) is always helpful. They are also accurate with their quotes for repairs - no surprises when you get you invoice. My auto is always ready when they say how long it will take to repair.

Dealt with Kaleb and even though we didn't end up purchasing the 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid, he still left a great impression with us. He was friendly, courteous and professional. His manager (don't remember his name) was also nice and accomodating. He tried his best to get us a good price but it was just over our budget. If you want a non-pushy sales experience, definitely give these guys a try! Good luck!
