Today I was nervous and in pain, not a good combination , and as my regular dentist was away I was introduced to Dr Watkin who fitted me in straight away took x rays explained what was wrong, and then what was to be done to make things right. , But best of all he was kind ,gentle and made me feel calm , explaining each step of my procedure and taking my mind off things with a gentle humor, and soon enough we were all done for the day. I have been a patient at this practice for several years and the whole team from hygienists to dental assistants to the ladies behind the desk are always professional and friendly and I find the quality of the dental work is uniformly excellent. In short this is a first class operation, that I would recommend to anyone in the Boston area seeking the best in dental care.

I visited Osorio Dental group for the first time today. What an incredible first time experience. My appointment was for 8:00 in the morning and oh my god I don't know how this people can be so nice and happy so early in the morning. Everyone in this place was so pleasant, professional and polite. from the gentleman and the lady at the front desk handling appointments to my hygienist/dentist assistant to Dr. Hinenoya. They all took the time to explain what was being done. They sat with me and explained my financial options as well as answered all my questions about my procedure. Although I have a root canal next week I can't wait to go back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Osorio"s for many years and have had quite a few issues from aging teeth and from having been born years before fluoride. In my opinion both he and his colleagues, including support staff, provide the highest level of care and are very attuned to doing so with a minimum amount of discomfort to the patient. I have had several root canals, including one today, by Dr. Hinenoya, who also performed most or all of the prior ones. They have been virtually painless and all done, to the best of my knowledge, effectively and with great care. The office is pleasant and all the staff courteous. I am entirely satisfied with their services.
