Is anyone doing/done a certification in HR from pace? I am new in the country and considering Pace for certification but don't know what to expect. What are the classes and professors like. How long did it take, is it worth it etc.

You're probably better off going to trump university than pace. Biggest dumpster fire I've ever seen. The school I'm in within the university quite literally has no idea what they're doing - they are hemorrhaging students like crazy. University has no plans in place for an active shooter situation and tried to BS their way out of admitting this with a few emails. This year there's a construction project which made stuff a trillion times harder to find when the semester started. Homecoming concert tickets sold out without any emails or posts telling the students they were on sale, no idea how that happened. Can't speak for the pleasantville campus but the NYC campus is a straight up disaster. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other school, you will thank me later.

One of the best times in my life was when I attended Pace. My education there provided me with the skills to work in several different professional environments. The internship program is one of the best. I am working on going back to Pace for my Master's Degree.

I am a Pace University / Pleasantville alumni and have relatives who are Pace U. alumni. The alumni magazine had an ad from the Career Services office saying they had connections with 3,000 companies. I asked Career Services if they could help me connect with these many companies, and this was after advice from them to start networking. I was told by Career Services they "were not allowed" to assist me with this. Can someone please tell me why Career Services is not allowed to help me connect with all of these companies they have relationships with? What is the purpose of not allowing me and is this standard operating procedure at other colleges and universities.

Yes One of The Best Things What Could Have Happened to you if you Would Have Gotten Hired At the Same Place But The Best things What Could Happen is you Get to Be Fed Real Good That’s One Of the Perks they Could Give you you Should Be Grateful For That. With Other Jobs they Don’t Have That So Be Glad that you Have Something to Look Forward to If you Where A Student you will Have to Do Pay I’m Just A Worker I Don’t Have to That is What is Good About it

I have got mixed reviews about this University. Coming from a small background, it'll be a big step to pursue my masters in MIS here. Have heard about the staff and the campus, but really want to be sure whether will it be worth it or not. Also, I have heard as it is located in the big city, loads of opportunities to recover the expenses, not sure about the on campus jobs, that are not available at this campus. Please revert if anyone has information on this.

My son wanted to see Pace, so we went. As an alumni of Pace New York I wasn't sure what to expect after so many years. Well, it was impressive presentation and I was so proud that he wants to attend my alma mater. Pace is in the heart of the NY Wall Street community and is a leader in placement for internships. We've seen about 10 schools, including Ivy and Pace is still holding it's own. Pace is now in the running!

Protect your students. Pace has been slammed before and this is no different. The fact the one of your students has been suffering and people knew and did NOTHING about it is DISGUSTING and WRONG. I will be sharing the story that has already been circulating. I will make other students and people aware of what has happened and the fact that nothing has been done. Sad excuse on the schools part to just stand by and let something so appalling happen to a student. As a fellow student who is a part of the #Metoo movement and just as a woman in general I will help make it known that Pace University allows such violence to take place with their knowledge. School is supposed to be a safe place for students to learn but obviously not at Pace. WAKE UP CALL.
