Called to get cash paying info (cost, process, etc) and was placed on hold for 15 minutes to schedule. If it is this dang hard to make an appointment I can only imagine how crappy the aftercare would be. I will pass on becoming a patient here.

Great experience with my Physcian Dr. Tuggle!!!! Love her bedside manners and is very patience with her patients. I have enjoyed some of the team members,whom have been very nice and helpful. This was the best decision I have made for my new journey!! Thanks so much everyone!! Blessings❤️

I advised the young lady that I no longer had insurance and she laughed. What she didn't know that I was going to pay cash. Took my business elsewhere. Rude for no reason.

Extremely, unprofessional practice. Dr. allows office manager Gladys to make medical decisions. Runs the office like she has an MD behind her name. Aggressive with knowledgeable patients who understand know their healthcare benefits and any who challenges what she thinks is law. I don't believe that I can trust a Dr. who allows his office staff to behave this way! RUNNNNNN! Take your business elsewhere!

The whole experience with customer service was so terrible that I haven't been back for any post surgery visits. The doctors are great but dealing with the staffs attitude just ruins your day every time. The staff has no clue what customer service means. All locations are just as bad.

I really dislike this bariatric center, weight loss surgery is a very sensitive issue for me and others who choose to go this route. The clinic should make you feel comfortable and gain your trust. I have been in the insurance clearance process for 2 years, which is horrible due to the fact that I had all of my information in within 6 months of my consult. (They never sent my information to be cleared by insurance) I could not get in touch with anyone who had information about what was going on with the process (everyone was clueless) I gave them another chance the same thing is going, on they will not send the information off. This has been a waste of time and I cant trust that I am in good hands after surgery so I am starting over with another clinic. If you are considering this bariatric center DONT!!!

I’ve been on this journey since February I’ve done everything I need to do I’ve been to Peachtree bariatrics multiple times and I have yet to see the doctor my surgery is scheduled for August 14 and so is my EGD. I’ve called the office and complain that I’m not ready to put my life into a doctor saying is that I have never met so they told me if I just had to meet the doctor I could get in August 9 to see him no I think it’s a little late for that he should’ve been involved in my medical care the entire time I’m moving on and I’m going to find another doctor to do my surgery

I researched Dr. Duncan before making an appointment with the office. I learned that he is one of the best bariatric physicians around. So I knew I wanted him to perform my surgery. My insurance company requires a 6mth weigh in along with a host of clearances. I completed everything my insurance requires and even got the approval letter from them which is time sensitive. I have called numerous times and left numerous voicemails even emails BUT THESE PEOPLE SEEM CLUELESS!!!! I spoke with an office manager once who talked good but proved otherwise. No one EVER calls you back. And if they do you are just sent to the next person’s mailbox! I would love to get this process over to better my health and start working again! This has been VERY stressful! If you are under staff hire QUALIFIED people who have a passion to help others and keep the process moving! Hire me, I’ll at least call the patients back to let them know how their case is moving along and keep them encouraged during the process. Peoples lives are depending on this surgery!

Wish you could give them negative stars! Dr. Duncan and his ENTIRE staff are a joke! NOTHING PROFESSIONAL about this place! RUDE STAFF! NEVER RETURN CALLS! CANCEL APPOINTMENTS WITH ONLY 30 Minute notice. One surgeon says they did one thing, Dr. Duncan contradicts them. Dr. Duncan called us on HIS cell phone DRUNK late at night talking crazy stuff! Really research your options and only use Dr Duncan as a LAST RESULT! YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!-

Dr Duncan came highly recommended to me by a friend. Even my insurance bariatric nurse told me he is the best in the area. I have not been disappointed. I love his nutrition staff and his office team was really helpful through the whole surgery process. I see a lot of reviews stating bad experience with his office staff but I’ve never had an issue. They are always accommodating (even squeezing me in when I was late for an appointment). The doctor is personable and funny. He knows his stuff and my surgery went perfectly with no issues at all.
