Dr.Sprunger seems like a very caring an great Doctor. But the dang reception is the most slowful, none returnant receptionist ever. Can't call an expect a return call because that'll never happen. She never return calls. I had surgery scheduled 3x an never once did I get a surgery time! Smh definitely wouldn't recommend going there. She is going to lose a lot of business for this doctor for sure!

Been with this dr for a while. He and his secretary are the best. Yes it's hard sometimes to get a hold of her but believe it or not its only them two in the office dealing with tons of patients. Also she will call back and is on top of things. Don't give up. This dr is changing my life and blessed me with a brighter future hes caring firm fair and very good at what he does. Im 1 week post op and am so grateful to him. And my insurance denied me the first time and dr Sprunger had a peer to peer and Mellissa was on top of my insurance and they faught for me to get approved. Thank you dr Sprunger and Mellissa. Lots of love, Kristine Wilson

Dr Sprunger is an amazing surgeon and excellent Doctor! I have had many of my medical conditions cured, and others sent into remission thanks to his expertise. His guidance has given me incredible results with my overall health.

Before starting I asked if my insurance cover the gastric sleeve, they said that my insurance will cover all the bariatric surgery so I start all the steps, After 6 months and after complied all the process for the surgery... They told me that my insurance only approved the bypass, the doctor want convinced me that the one was the best for me, when I said no he had an attitude and they never admitted their mistake, no even an apology. I will not reccomend them and expecially the office very unprofessional.

Sad he closed business. I just had surgery less than 5 months ago. Where do I turn now? Who will help me? I’m abandoned and feel confused 😞

Met with the Doctor once. Both he and his receptionist are very nice and knowledgeable but I cannot get ahold of anyone. They don't answer your calls or emails. I sent in my paperwork and I just want to know if they've received them and forwarded them to the insurace company ... I have no choice but to go down there and talk to them in person. If communication doesn't get any better I will find another office with better communication. Update: had my surgery in May. The doctor was wonderful as well as his receptionist. Apparently once you have the surgery they are a lot easier to reach. No complaints anymore. I'm going on 6 months with no issues.

The most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. I should have gone with my gut after the initial visit. He seemed a little arrogant but I've run into that a few times with doctors. Then he got a little angry because he said I didn't disclose all my illnesses. I checked everything I had on his form but there was not a box for COPD so I told him about it when we were talking during the visit. That's when he got mad. I explained there was no box for COPD that's why I was telling him. That made him even more mad that I would question his perfection. We finished the visit and against my gut feeling I agreed to start the process since he came highly recommended. Needless to say their office is now closed and I have to find a new surgeon and start all over again to have my surgery I was supposed to be having in a few days from now. The really unprofessional part is that they did not notify their patients. I as well as countless others were left out to dry. Please, if this idiot opens another practice...DO NOT GO TO HIM!!

He wasted my time. Calls after calls left so many messages And no call back. So i guess he is no longer in his office unprofesssional not let his patience know. Very disrespectful He content://media/external/file/5039 be a good dr so people say. I was supposed have my surgery months ago.if you decided to retire or move you has health profession should have some respect as Dr and man to let your patience's know. I thought i did something wrong but it was you and your horrible rude staff. You if could least let me know and your patince's know so they see someone else instead leaving them in the dark not knowing. (Shame on you.) You may be good Dr but you are a shady little boy.
