I've been seeing Dr Jen Masterserio for 12 years now after moving to Columbus. She and the remaining doctors are wonderful. Kind, knowledgeable and great with kids! ! Her staff is equally as awesome. Even after moving to the other side of town, my kids still see her...and I'll never change!

I have been taking my son to see Dr. Patty for years now. She is fantastic with him and I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great group of doctors and a caring office.

Have been going to Dr. Whitaker (Libby) with all three of my children for the past 14 years. She is amazing, the whole staff is awesome. Super helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for better pediatricians!!

I'm very upset and disappointed!! with this office and staff. We love Dr. Patty she is awesome!! I called today Nov. 2nd and tried to see Dr. Patty today with my daughter who is sick today. Staff asked what was wrong I said my daughter is sick with stomach pains and can we please see Dr. Patty today. I then said it happened in September and they said this was considered a consultant. !!!My daughter is sick stomach pains!!! Unacceptable!! If I didn't say it happened in Sept. 2016 I would be scheduled today. They also ask way to many question and put me on hold a long time. They are not the Dr. They should just schedule the appointment to see the Dr. so we can discuss the issue with Dr. Patty who is more qualified. We have had better service when my daughter was younger and have been visiting this practice since my daughter was born in 2003. Times have changed in this practice badly!! with scheduling your sick child. I told the scheduler that when I call my own Dr. I get in to see my Dr. directly and discuss the problem no questions asked. This isn't up to any scheduling manager and triage. Unacceptable!! I even told my friend what just happened today and she said INSANE!!! Her pediatrician's office does not treat her this way with scheduling her children for an illness. Unbelievable! I am contacting my friend's pediatrician's office and seeing the Dr. for her children that she recommends going forward. I would not recommend this dr. office!!

Excellent service, great doctors, always helpful and direct! Both kids have gone to Dr. Patty since birth for 5 years now and we could not be happier! Several of our friends who had children before us had recommended Dr. Patty and Pediatric Medicine as the only doctors office they would go to and they were correct! As a new parent, her advice on infant sleep habits/training was invaluable to our sanity and sleep and she has helped us become better parents!

Dr Matt has been caring for our children for five years now. He is wonderful with the children, they love him. He gives good advice and takes time to answer questions. The practice has also accommodated us on the fourth of July by calling in a prescription and today, by taking us for an early appointment because I didn't know children under six months cannot be seen as walk ins. On the other hand, the practice has limited hours. My wife and I work, so we need to call off from work every time we bring them in. Overall we are satisfied. I would give five stars if they expanded their hours.

Our Doctor was amazing and my kids loved her but the Admin staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional and rude. Will hang up on you mid sentence if they are done talking to you. It's a shame because the doctors probably don't know how bad their front desk makes them look. Great doctors, terrible front office. I wouldn't recommend if you want to be treated like a human being.

We love this practice!! My kids have been patients there since they were born. We’ve seen all of the doctors in the practice but our favorite is Dr Jen Mastruserio. She always makes us feel like we are the only family she’s taking care of that day. The nurses are great too and tend to be there long term. I think they are still accepting new patients.

I love this practice. My kids have been seeing Dr. Matt for 7 years and he is WONDERFUL. We have also seen the other doctors in the practice for same day sick appointments from time to time and have liked them all. This office genuinely cares for your child. There have been times when hold times have been long or the person scheduling maybe not have been as efficient as I would have liked but no place is perfect and this is a small price to pay for high-quality care.
