My experience at Perkins Motors with Josh Bauer and Mike Ryan was amazing. My husband and I went to check out the dealer to see what promotions they had and both Josh and Mike assisted us with that process from beginning to end. They worked hard in providing us with the best deal possible and I will return to this dealership in the future for any cars we need. Even though being to numerous dealerships before we came to a decision this dealership was different because of the professionalism and customer service. They both lived up to the company’s mission statement.

I'm not the one who complains nor speak negatively, but I have some concerns regarding the service I received on yesterday. I scheduled an appointment to have an oil change and a recall done on my 2019 RAM. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and the young lady who took my call was very professional. I didn't have any problems dropping my vehicle off on the scheduled date for service. However, there seems to be an issue with updating customers regarding their vehicles while in the service department. I was told that my vehicle would be ready by 1pm, but my vechile wasn't ready by 1pm which I had already rearranged my schedule to have my vehicle by that time. There was no phone call to inform me on what was going on. I did not get a return call after I called in twice and had to leave a message. It took longer due to some performance upgrades and an additional recall was being done, but I was left in the dark concerning any of these things. I have a few suggestions that could help the service department because the service I received on yesterday was not a reflection of the late Mr. George Perkins who was known for his great customer service as a mechanic in Colorado's Western Slope. I would say that this was just "One of Those Days", but I've heard some poor reviews from another customer of theirs a few months ago. However, I just allowed them to vent because I felt that they could have been a little impatient. Needless to say that I had the same experience. Hopefully the this communication issue will be resolved very soon.

Great environment and customer service. Very knowlageble people. Steve helped us choose the best car for our needs and Aaron made the financing process very easy. He gave us some good information on warranties so we could make a decision without being pressured. Overall, a great experience.

We are very pleased to share our great experience with Don Myers who helped us with an unusual sale to say the least. We ended up having to order a type of Ford F-150 not normally built and waited for months for delivery from the actual factory in which it was constructed. Because of this oddity, we had a difficult time with any Ford dealers closer to our home town taking us seriously on this request. But Don DID take us seriously delivering our beautiful new truck! It was worth the wait and his patience with us/factory were exemplary. We highly recommend working with Don on auto purchases.

Went in for 2 recalls on my Jeep, got a ride from shuttle services... Great, but when it came time to pick up my Jeep, Justin called and said I have to find some other way to get back. Very poor customer service. .

From the moment we walked into Perkins Motors we were greeted by a few sales personnel that were more than happy to direct us to Mr. Ron Booze, who was our contact for our lease return. To make a long story short, Ron did exceptionally well by us. He showed us a few vehicles and gave us our options compared to buying out our lease. I appreciated Ron because he left out all the BS and was completely honest with us. If more sales people were like Ron, buying a car would be less painful and more of a pleasure.

I very much dislike car shopping and Jimmy Walker made it the easiest process for us! He worked hard even during the snow storm, to make sure we purchased the car we wanted, in a timely manner. My budget was met without hesitation, and they laid out all the options in the front of me! I am very pleased with the way my husband and I were treated. I never felt rushed or pushed. I felt like they truly cared that I left in a vehicle that made us smile! Thank you guys!!!!!

Walked in with my wife after reviewing the inventory on their website. Immediately greeted by Jacques, who made the entire experience fantastic. Right out of the gate he made the process fun and relaxing by getting to know us and the lifestyle that we planned on using the car for. He was super friendly the entire time, and answered all of my endless questions since this was my first car buying experience. After we were looking we told him what budget we needed the vehicle, and found a way to make it work. I would recommend Jacque to anyone, and will definitely be back when it’s time for another car.

We went to a couple of dealerships. And stopped here because they had the inventory that we wanted. Mr Lopez showed us the car that we wanted to see and then also some other options that work better for us. We ended up finding the make and model that we wanted but with a few extra safety features we didn't think we could get for the price.
