What can I say? The service is abominable. The waitstaff acts like you’ve interrupted their day. When you can get their attention, your order eventually arrives. And it’s wrong. Is this why the place is ALWAYS devoid of diners?
I was hesitant to try the pho since the menu is so diverse and the murals on the wall have a New Orleans theme. I finally tried it on one of my occasions to the restaurant and the broth was amazing! However I had to order extra shrimp because the normal order did not come with that many.
Food is always on point, normally go every other week on a late night. Their customer service/food bring out is hit or miss.. Its like a sour patch kids sometimes everything goes well and smooth with great customer service and other times its like customer service dont known what they are doing and food bring out take a while.. atmosphere is very very nice.
Good pho place, sandwiches were yummy with nice crunchy bread. Spring rolls had a nice spicy sauce. Service was very good...
We were the only people at the bar. Probably 6 patrons over all Totally ignored by bartender on her first 4 passes past us. Food was good.
Really wish i could put zero stars. I have been in this place multiple times but this visit shocked, and disgusted me. I ordered an appetizer and an entree, which arrived at the same time, ate a few bites and found A ROACH in my Pho. I pulled the manager aside as to not make a scene. He took the soup and offered to make something else. In the end he took of one pho order and nothing else. Needless to say i won't be going back.
Love this place. Always seem to be there when they aren't busy, so that is really nice. The service is great and the food is very flavorful and the portions were very generous. Lots of variety. The only thing that is hit or miss both times I've been there has been the bar. Tonight no bartender available, so you had a choice of 3 frozen drinks, or beer/wine. No mixed drinks. The first time I visited, they were out of some of the liquor to make some of the mixed drinks advertised on their drink menu. I'll definitely go back though. Well worth it.
Very nice place and unusual combination of cuisine in one place. They offer Vietnamese, Cajun, Chinese, and Thai (few dishes in last two) but nonetheless still a solid 4 stars for overall.
Best tasting pho in town! The food was very flavorful and fresh. They also took the liberty of making sure our toddler was enjoying his meal. Definitely coming back!!
The food is good. The service felt creepy along with our waiter going outside to smoke while we're waiting to place a drink order. The crazy thing is, it was only 4 customers in there anyway.
My wife walked into this restaurant to pick up a to go order and the hostess completely ignored her while standing ten feet away. My wife recognized that the hostess was busy so she respectfully gave her time to finish up. A second customer walked up to interrupt the hostess and my wife politely tried to say that she was there first and was simply trying to give the hostess time to finish up what she was doing. The hostess then suddenly snapped at my wife with passive aggressive comments along the lines of "I understand your time is valuable and you don't want to wait, do you need to place an order or something?" My wife simply took the abuse and picked up her order but she was on the verge of tears when she walked back into the car. I will never spend my money on a place that treats customers like a nuisance and I want everyone to know that this happened.
