It took me a while but I've found my fave Banh Mi in Austin. They haven't westernized the sandwich and it's not a ridiculous price💜💜

The food here is absolutely delicious! I love how easy and clear the menus are! You simply walk in, place your order at the touch panels, then sit and enjoy! If you’re in the mood for some great tasting Vietnamese food, I highly recommend paying PhoNatic a visit! Updated Review: I bumped my review from 5 stars to 4. Reason being is this Caucasian lady who usually wears at headband is low key rude. She seems to get upset and irritated with me for using the touchscreens to order my meal VS. allowing her to put the order in for me. Excuse me for being on top of the digital age. If they don’t want people using them, why are they there? Everyone else is great but this particular lady does not fit the personality of the rest of the staff

Great food, decent prices. Staff is always quick and friendly when I go. Oh, and they have craft soda there. All of it tastes splendid, yet I find myself usually choosing their cream soda.

Great food but they charge you $4 to sub chicken instead of pork on one of the plates. When the chicken plate cost the same as the pork. Also tables are always dirty I had to clean my own table to be able to eat.

The food here was not as flavorful as I thought it would've been, but customer service was right on the dot. I signed up for the Loyalty Program still. This location is convenient but a bit difficult to see from the roads.

Quick service to get your food once you order. Option to be your own cashier if you know what you want. Good variety. Attentive staff. Has a rewards program. Would recommend
