I couldn't be more pleased with Primary Care and Chiropractic. Dr. Kim is wonderful! I went in with a chronic ergonomic injury to my upper back and neck. Dr. Kim does a wonderful job of adjusting my neck AND doing acupuncture. I was skeptical about acupuncture but gave it a try. Great experience and definitely helps with the pain. The acupuncture rooms are very comfortable. They have you lie on a heated bed in a very softly lighted room with meditation music playing. The needles are left in for 20 minutes. I feel like a new person when I am through! I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Kim's help.

All this place wants to do is bill the insurance companies as much as they possibly can. They could care less if the service they're providing is actually beneficial. I would suggest staying away. At least get a second opinion before you take their recommendations. I got a nice $230 bill from Primary Chiropractic after my insurance company determined I wasn't covered for the services they suggested. Not to mention, they told me I was covered when trying to sell me on the treatment.

Love Dr Kim and Chad. They both adjust really gently, talk you through the procedure and are caring people. Payments and working with insurance has been easy with their front desk people. They're the best chiros I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is excellent. Right when you walk in, no matter how busy, you are immediately greeted with a warm welcome and happy smiles. The doctors are all great and genuinely care about your well being and the healing process. I have been going here for the past several months and have done Chiro, Acupuncture, PT and getting massages to heal - Sarah Durham is, by far, the best Massage Therapist! She is more knowledgeable that any other massage therapist I have encountered and helped me understand where the problematic areas of muscles were and, not only worked them out but also informed me of post care in my day to day life that I should be doing in order to heal more efficiently. I generally come in stiff and I leave feeling relaxed and de-stressed.
