The worsr service possible, this dealership is just short from a scam, they sold me a defective car that lost power, break system and steering while i was driving! Couldve killed me, lucky there was a snowbank to stop me! this happened 5 weeks after the purchase, and they dont want to be responsable for the repairs! Please stay away from this place

I brought my car in for an oil change and CVT fluid change. This was right before Thanksgiving. I left for Thanksgiving down to my Family about 6 hours away after the service. About an hour and half in on the freeway I start hearing this metal scraping noise like something was dragging. Sure enough I look under the car and the under belly plate is skidding on the road. Honda messed up the mounting brackets when they took it off to do the oil for the engine. It was beyond repair and was stuck so I ended up driving it to Home depot drilling holes and using zip ties to hold it back up. I turned around and went back home and so much for that vacation. They also overfilled the oil....that's a common mistake on these cars. Next in December, I decided to take the car back to California. The Transmission (CVT) dies on me in Texas....middle of nowhere at night. Nobody rebuild the transmissions where I was so I had to tow it to the next big city the next day after sleeping in the freezing car. I had it put into storage until the end of January where I had a car transportation company pick it up and deliver it to me in California. After having the CVT pulled out, turns out Prime Honda put AFT fluid in it and not CVT fluid. CVT is in need of a rebuild but nobody rebuilds them so now I have a car here in my driveway that's a giant paperweight thanks to Prime Honda. I'm actually going back in a week to Boston to pick up another one of these cars and before I drive it back to California, I'll be sure to not take it to Prime! I've been to Prime with my girlfriends car a couple times and the last time service was so SLOW with putting on tires. Said it would be done by noon and they didn't get it done until 6pm. That wasn't that big of a deal. Do yourself a favor and Skip going to this dealership. Not sure about the others but I'll either do it myself or take a chance at the others. Couldn't be any worse.

I had a great experience at Prime Honda. The salesman John was easy to work with and his manager Ricky was also kind. They gave me great deal and I didn’t have to stress. There was food available and comfortable chairs. It was one stop shopping for us.

Friendly staff, comfortable wait area. Unfortunately I waited about 40 min longer than the time frame I was given for repair. I would have rather they had given me an overestimated time frame than be waiting for an extended period of time.

One of the best dealership. These guys give the great deals! Car in good condition. I had some problems with radio on the next day and they promised me to plag new device. I hope it will be so! I'm very satisfied and I can recommend make deals with them!

I just had Prime Honda check out a used car that I was considering buying. Joe, the service manager, Jeff (younger Jeff?), and Elio were beyond gracious and helpful. They value repeat customers and went out of their way to help me purchase a used car, which can be very stressful. They were able to decrease my stress with all the time they took to carefully explain any issues and answer my many questions.
