Quality Stitch Embroidery (QSE) began as a dream for a family. Steve Fowler (Owner/Co-Founder) founded QSE with his father and a close friend. After 10 years, Steve took over as the sole owner launching QSE into the commercial world. With the ability to complete personal embroidery, commercial embroidery, screen printing, and chenille, QSE maintains the family business attitude while producing top quality merchandising and designs.

Very proof customer service skills , slow turn around on product return , there work load too heavy for there staff to handle and there work load over power the staff leaving them to treat customers disrespectful. They need more staff and a bigger location.

The WORST customer service EVER!!! paid for my shirts and was told they would be ready in 1 week. Waited 2 and half weeks and only to find out they didn't even start them!!! Was told to pick them up yesterday I drive down there today and not only are they still not ready but 1 guy tells me 30 mins another lady Janice said 330pm . After she cursed me out and disrespected a young businessman the owner himself gave me back my money and canceled my order . Which tells me they didn't even start them!!! Glad I received my money back but now I'm out over 3 weeks and no shirts!!!

Work is good....dropped off in October 17...was not ready until November 29...had to call to get updates...finally ready...will not use again and I am sure they do not care
