I went today for my son to get fitted for a wedding. Esther Trevino provided us with great service! She took her time to make sure he got everything in the right size( he’s 5). I will definitely be going back the next time I need a tuxedo.
Was offered assistance while trying on my tuxedo rental, to ensure vest and tux rental fit perfectly, and pants were hemmed as needed. I also asked for suspenders since I must wear a belt, and was provided one as needed. Parking is a little hectic getting in and out of the this location. Selection of items are good, but don't be afraid to describe needed items to the staff. They'll get you what you need. Drop off was a breeze. Rex provides bags and zip storage to hold and return all items together. I walked in, staff took my garments and hung them on a rack, checked my name off a list and I was done. This was completed during a time where a team of bachelors were getting fitted in the lobby area.
My experience at Rex Tuxedo on San Pedro was amazing. I would recommend everyone to rent their tuxedos and suits there. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Make sure to ask for Esther to receive the best costumer service.
We went into this place right before we headed to the mall just to "browse" and price a rental for my fiance for our "Save The Date" photos. As soon as I walked in, I was very impressed with the warm greetings and smiles. Esther came up to me right away and asked what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. I asked about a tux I saw in the picture that was posted right by the door and she walked me right to it. My fiance walked in a few minutes after me and Esther greeted him and started measuring him right away. She had exactly what we were looking for! I thought I would also inquire about his tuxedo for our wedding since we were there. I showed her a picture and she immediately knew the style and showed us what we were interested in. I was so surprised they had "exactly" what we wanted. We didn't spend much time there because she was very fast! We would have spent hours and way more money at the mall! With the pricing, styles, and excellent customer service, we reserved all of what we need for our photos and our wedding! I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for all the males in their party or special functions to look GQ! Thank you again Esther for the great customer service, pricing, and for taking your time to show us all that you had to offer! My future husband will definitely look even more handsome on our special day! I also noticed the owner taking the time to reply to all the posts. That shows customer appreciation! We will be sure to refer to our friends and family!
We went in to book our tuxedos for my daughter’s Quinceañera and received excellent customer service from Esther. She gave us the deals that we discussed over a year ago and helped us to select nice tuxedos at reasonable prices. I wold highly recommend going to Rex’s!
I would highly recommend that anyone looking to get fitted for formal wear visit this place first. Esther did a fantastic job in matching attire fit based on my physique. The process from getting measured to checkout was quick and seamless.
Very Satisfied with the service I received from the ladies at Rex Formal Wear , especially Ms. Esther. She went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend looked dashing for a Gala we are going to attend. She treated us like royalty the moment we walked though the door. They had a great tux selection and she was very knowledgeable about the products they carried. My boyfriend is going to look great and it was all thanks to Esther for making sure everything fit well. I will definitely be bringing my business to this store for now on and recommending them to everyone I know.

Just picked up my tux. Brittany and Esther made sure I had a first rate experience. My shirt was a little tight (guess I need to keep jogging) so they worked to find me another size up option and let me take both home. Really appreciate this team of down-to-earth professionals who worked to get me the best look possible!
Esther was very polite and attentive. She handled me and sons as well as my brothers with professionalism as well as with a personal touch. I highly recommend going to see her for a great experience!
