I've contacted around 6 jeep dealerships over this past year since my lease was almost up. And I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the experience , Reed (Internet Director) called me back himself and was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional. After we agreed on a lease numbers. We came the next day, Michel helped us which was very informed and able to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend this dealership for their tip top professionalism. Keep up the great work and honesty guys!!! Thanks

I don't usually write reviews, unless I had a terrible or an amazing experience, but in this case, I had one of my best car buying experiences so far!! I went through the Costco Auto Program and it's the absolute best way to buy a car. Omar was the salesman that helped me out and god was he so easy to work with. Not only was he very transparent and honest, but his customer service is non-comparable. He had such a great attitude as well. Overall, Amazing car buying experience. I will make sure to buy from this dealership again and hopefully work with Omar in the future.

I had a great experience last week going and not even knowing what I exactly going to buy! We had so much help from the sales person Mickel and he gave us the time and effort to show us different cars and models. If you are looking for a car then this is one of the best dealers I’ve ever been too.

Nice enough people love the half basketball court however dealer pricing means after they did my free but mandatory recall upgrade, they left me with a check engine light and offered me an $1,100 solution --$700 for a $50 mass air device and $400 for 2 hours of labor, for something that takes literally 1 minute and 46 seconds to do. and it would have been nice if the service writer pointed out that if I merely turn the car on and off and start it up again the check engine light would go out that in fact there was no need for any service whatsoever.

I got to say Liana and Andre are amazing! They’re customer service was the best and really appreciate it. I had to drive an hour to get here, but the friendly communication through the phone,confirming to me they will do anything to help me get a new vehicle for my family ! Drive was totally worth it !!Very friendly, patient with great communication! Every employee is Great at Russell Westbrook Car dealership!!!!!

I came by to Jeep in hopes of getting a great deal on a Cherokee. And Let me tell you that I did! I am sooo thankful to Liana, and Andre for making it happen. :) They are by far one of the most honest and kindest and charismatic people I have ever met in a car dealership. They are very genuine and they make you feel great without the feeling of pressure that one feels when you go to a car dealership. I really recommend anyone getting a Jeep to really go to them. They really want the best for you and they go out of their way to really help you out. I can’t thank them enough. ❤️

From the begging Liana assisted me with the smile and negative energy and I that moment I knew she was the right person to work with. Liana was so incredible and fun to work with. First thing she asked me when she saw us was what are you here for, I said a truck, and praise the good Lord Jesus, we left with a truck. The kids played in the b-ball court and had a great time. We found the truck we wanted, the deal was better than we could’ve expected, and the rest is history. Thank you Liana and everyone for such a great truck shopping experience.
