If I could give 4.5 points I would. They were very fast and efficient when I told them I had to be at work in an hour. I was greeted with smiles. My only complaints is that I came in to get a new battery and my dads name is also under the account so they called out for my dad when the car was finished but I was the one who brought the car in. Also they don’t clean your car anymore after working on it:( Over all a good experience though.

Loving our new 4Runner...our Sales Consultant was Vicki King and we would highly recommend her if you need a new Toyota. Vicki worked really hard to make sure we were satisfied and the process was so much better than other places we've been in the past.

I completely regret driving all the way out to this dealership. We had a specific vehicle we wanted to purchase and would have. However, the salesman only wanted to sell us a lease. At the beginning of his pitch i told him we didn’t want to lease. His response was “hear me out”. Now I’m a well mannered person so I tried diplomatically to steer us away from the lease several times but he wanted to beat this into the ground. I think he said “let me finish” about 4 times. He interrupted me talking to my wife several more times. After waisting our time I was tired hungry and disinterested. So we left. He literally talked him self out of the sale. I don’t like aggressive manipulative sales tactics. I don’t like having my time waisted and being ignored when I try to be polite. I’m still shopping for a vehicle but won’t return here.

Stapp is a great place to take your car for service. I arrived at my designated time, waited for my oil change and was out in no time. The staff is courteous and they certainly surpassed and won we over from the other dealership I was using.

Purchased a Toyota Highlander at Stapp in Jan 2019. They had a great selection on the lot and were helpful in providing information, test drives, etc. Our Sales Manager was Grant Moreno,, and we really enjoyed working with him. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, options, and he got us a great deal on a new, floor model Highlander. The purchasing process was also simple and easy to understand. We would definitely go back for future vehicle purchases, and we are loving the Highlander so far.

Do not take your car here! Not unless you wanna get stuck with an outrageous bill. $135/hr labor!!! They mark parts up 400%! Customer service was terrible. They literally took two days to process my vehicle into their system because one hand doesn’t know what the other one did. When they told me how much replacing my starter was going to take I was in shock. Then to top it off when I said no thanks I’m gonna have someone else do the work. I did agree to the $135 diagnosis fee and that my mechanic will just come get it. Then 20 minutes later I get a call that oops they magically fixed it. Now come pay I was furious. If you’re currently or ever getting work done there always tell them to cut their part prices by 60% and their labor by 60%. Never under any circumstances take you vehicle here.

Everyone employed at this dealership is friendly and attentive. Right when I walked in I was asked if how I was doing and if I needed help finding anything. I originally just went to look at 4runners as I was interested in buying one in the future but left with a brand new one that day because I was so pleased with my experience. I was given an extremely fair trade in for my previous vehicle and a great price on a brand new car. I worked specifically with Cory Ibsen and would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone interested in buying a vehicle in the future!
