Michael Brislin was very helpful. He was very thorough when he was going over all of the services that are offered at Superior Chevrolet. He listens and offers the best quality of service. I always love going to the location at 4770 Covington Hwy.

I went in for an oil change & the service was perfect and on time!!! The only con I had was no one said can I help you while standing at the service counter... Other than that, everyone was very respectful & courteous 👌

Well CHEVY'S are the best on the road.....but the customer service at the part counter.... GARBAGE....an I'm talking about the Assistant MGR , ignorant, an has no people skills. I had a issue....he couldn't pull up no info, no nothing....but the other guys can every single time....I'm trying to understand how he's an assistant manager.....when I go back I will definitely be posting his name. Right now I'll just call him DumbDumb

I scheduled an appoint to have a windshield wiper recall repaired. The person scheduling me out the appointment 5 days out, no problem. I make it to appointment and they get me he led i. And let me know it’ll be about an hour. 30 minutes later I am told I’m going home because they don’t have the parts to do the repair. Another hour later and they bring me my keys and tell me that they will call me whe. They have the part come in and at their time I can make another appointment to come back. The employee told me that she had simply forgotten about me. She brushed it off as if it was no big deal. I went into the dealership with no working windshield wipers because of the defect and left the same way because Superior Chevrolet is known for letting their customers down. I absolutely hate this dealership and the only reason I went there is because it was 4 minutes from my house and I had no working wipers. I called Jim Ellis Chevrolet and they got me in the same day and out of the dealership in under an hour with working wipers.

This place is usually on point with customer service, but today-not so much. No one greeted me upon arrival. Once I got out of the vehicle, I stood around for another 7 to 10 mins before someone assisted me. One group of techs were having personal conversation. The other was trying to decide who had something to do. Another associate talking to that group about another customer. The older white guy was the only one that spoke up and seemed to actually be working. Other than that, I’m always satisfied with their work. The cashiers never disappoint. They are always friendly. The response time in greeting the customer was their only downfall today. Customer service is everything! That is the reason for my 3 star rating.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was courteous and efficient with getting me checked in. The service was good. Time was a little over per the actual labor, but no complaints other than that. I would recommend from this experience.

Service dept rep. Continue to shine far above his Constituents. Michael go's the extra step to insure me that when My vehicle is in the bay i can relax knowing that good Gm feeling continue far past all that i can see. Michael is a great asset to have there in your service Area. Sometimes I'll come in 2- 3 times a week. Michael is allready to. Serve. Michael is the M V P AN WILL BE REWARDED FOR HIS CONTINUED SUPPORT TO GIVE ME AN MY CHEVY THAT GOOD G M FEELING MILE AFTER MILE NEXT SCHEDULED SERVICE CHECK 92,000 MILES

Do not buy from or take you're car there for any maintenance services! In just ONE month car wouldn't start & it was a used 2018! I even purchased the extended warranty & gap insurance. After telling me my warranty covers my diagnostics they attempted to charge me $400 for replacing what ended up being the battery! I called another dealership who honored my warranty & replaced the battery for free. Upon telling them I was taking my car to another dealer that actually honored my warranty, my diagnostics was no longer covered ironically & I was charged $150 to get my car back all for them checking a battery. Huge scam dealership! Not to mention, it took a whole 30 minutes for them to bring me my car out & of course the brakes aren't as good as they were before & I now have so much play in my steering wheel. I will NEVER go back there for ANY REASON! & the service guy name is Michael so avoid him if possible!
