Swan's in Gahanna lost or Misplaced my birthday outfit the day of my party when I was suppose to pick it up. A week later, and still no outfit. I am very disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism I received from this location.

Sent this to swans cleaners on August 18th, have not had any response- I've been a swans customer for a few years now and throughout the years I've had a decent experience with swans. Recently I took a dress in to be cleaned. When I received the dress back it had a large rust spot. The helpful female associate had the dress recleaned for me. When I receive the dress back the area had noticeable wear and destruction on the fabric. I have only worn the dress a few times and it's only been cleaned at swans. This fabric has been ruined by the cleaning process used. I'm very disappointed. I'm sending you this message in hope to resolve my disappointment with your service. Will you offer any compensation or replace my garment. The garment is a rails dress purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue. Response is appreciated. Thank you.

I was just verbally attacked by the clerk at the Swans Store Gender Road. In picking up my order I noticed an item was missing. I said I have a jacket missing, her response I don't have it. I ask for the jacket , finally the poor girl in training said it's missing . The loud and very obnoxious clerk screamed at me that if you want to know where your jacket is call the Bexley store and to get the fuck out of her store . The poor girl training didn't know what to say. The obnoxious clerk then spouted off Im a black women with a husband and three kids .. Clearly unstable on several levels. Literally scared me enough to make a police report about the verbal attack she displayed .
