Exceptional customer service, outstanding work. Can't recommend them highly enough. The entire rear quarter panel of my car was badly sideswiped while parked. Shane and Vaughn worked with my insurance company to make what could have been a miserable experience as effortless as possible, and left my car looking showroom new.

I recently use The Polishing Pad to get work done after being rear-ended, and I can never be thankful enough to Vaughn (and everyone else who assisted) throughout the entire process. I actually had gotten work completed from another auto body shop a few months ago, and that too was unfortunately on the rear (same areas) of my Rav4 and I was never really content with the results. So, Vaughn and co. actually had to take care of not only the new damages but everything that the previous body shop failed to correct the first time around. Vaughn was amazing to say the least. He did everything that he said he would and in the end, my car truthfully looked better than when I even picked it up from the dealership brand new - that is how much effort and hard work was put into the car's work and it shows. They're very honest, transparent and their customer service is unbelievable.Vaughn in particular (who was my point of contact) goes above and beyond and it's nothing short of praiseworthy.. I would sincerely recommend this shop to everyone.

We have been going to Polishing Pad for many years for our vehicles... from a dimple to major damages. We love our cars and know they will be very well taken care of at the Polishing Pad. Amazing customer service, unfortunately got into a pretty bad situation with my Dodge Challenger where a driver merged into my lane on the highway & slammed his brakes & i ended up rear ending him as he ran away, but i brought my car to this place & they handled extensive damage upwards of 10000$ with extreme professionalism. Shane & Vaughn stayed on top with updates & after two to three weeks i got my car back better then before i ever had the accident in the first place so i would definently recommend.
