Jason Covault was our sales guy and was very professional and helpful. Ask for him to help you find the right vehicle and you wont be disappointed. The whole experience at this Nissan dealership was great, with one exception. From the time we decided on the car, it took several hours to check out. This was due to the number of people ahead of us in line. Might want to assess how to get people in and out quicker, such as a second payment processor person (we were paying cash).

Worked with Emmett here to get a 2016 Honda Civic EX. GREAT salesman. He had the car ready to test drive for me within 5 minutes of being at the location, and we were able to make a trade in deal within an hour. They cleaned the car and even filled up the tank for me. Overall, buying here was a great experience.

Excellent customer service. Price for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and alignment was very reasonable. The suspension work took longer than promised, but they paid for my rental in the meantime. Four stars because the estimate for a new fuel pump was really high. I'll get that done elsewhere.

Ryder was awesome. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend him! I’d give him 5 stars for all the help and effort he put in to getting me into my new car. The business manager however soured my whole experience. He rushed us while we signed papers and just seemed like he wanted us out of his office. He did not specifically go over the expenses of the warranty. He said he could “give me” the extended warranty if I decided to finance with Nissan. Nothing about how much it would cost. When I went back to cancel and ask about the costs of the extended warranty, he was shocked and honestly a little rude. So if you want to have a great buying experience that turns into a confusing mess, yes, go to Town North Nissan, have Ryder help you find a wonderful car at a good price and then have the business manager try to scam you.

My wife and I recently bought a car here that we were very happy with. We dealt with a salesman by the name of Ryder who was very helpful and willing to work with us. While I did feel only slightly pressured to buy the car that day to help them meet their sales goal for the month (it was the last day of the month), everyone there was kind, professional, and patient and even willing to stay after their official closing time.

I bought a truck from Town North Nissan last Saturday. The salesman seemed very nice, but he had been in the game for a while. He made mention of a minor issue that the dealership wouldn’t fix because it was a dodge electrical issues. I decided that it wasn’t that big of a deal because I knew I wasn’t buying a brand new truck. What he forgot to mention is that the AirConditioner doesn’t work, I live in Texas so that’s a BIG deal. I went to the dealership to ask if they could look at it and if there was anything they could do to fix the problem since I just bought the truck Saturday. I waited around for about an hour to find out that they were unwilling to actually have a technician look at my vehicle but instead one of their salesmen just came up to me and said “ it’s working it’s just not blowing cold air but it’s blowing cool air.”Cold AC air is not the same as cool air being blown in from outside. Another salesmen even chimed in and said “oh yeah the compressor didn’t even turn on”. On top of that I spent a ridiculous amount of time waiting for them to get all the paperwork, took up my whole day. When I finally got in the finance office, I tried to walk away but but the finance guy guilt tripped me so I stayed. The finance guy tries to sell me a warranty and hinted by saying “would it suck if the AC just stopped working”. Which now I realize why he said that, they didn’t want to fix the issue themselves out of their pocket. Once everything was said and done they handed me the keys but the key fob doesn’t even work.I am fully aware of the as is policy on used vehicles, but was also informed by the salesman that the vehicle was in great condition and the technician that did the inspection would have bought the truck if he had the money. I feel like I was sold a vehicle that had issues that I was not aware of, and will not be buying anymore vehicles from Town North Nissan.

This is the best place ever.. excellent service and customer service, clean, shuttle, waiting room with TV and dispenser machines, pop corn, all kind of coffees and a children play room. And the prices are really good.. sometimes I get amazing coupons.. really insane coupons.. The best of the best..!!

Emmett was absolutely amazing! After literally spending all day at town north Nissan, I was ultimately able to leave with my very first car. Emmett is an extremely great salesman and made sure he did everything within his power to get me into a vehicle. He stayed in contact with me through the entire buying process and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the purchase of my first car. If you go to town north, ask for Emmett!
